PROPERTY RIGHTS
This bill permanently gives away our Public "Rights of Way". These are the "easements" in front of your home as well as public streets. (see HB 478 Analysis) They do not have the right to give away something that does not belong to them.

Ohio must join New York, Maryland and California and SAY NO to 5G and SMALL CELLS

Never in my 30 years of activism and community organizing have I encountered legislation that harms all Ohioans in more ways than Ohio HB 478 (expected vote Tuesday April 10th - Senate Public Utilities Committee). If Ohioans don't act now, and act quickly to stop this bill . . . as did Maryland, New York, and California . . . their lives will be impacted in ways that they can't possibly imagine. They will find that this bill detrimentally impacts our privacy, cyber-security, property rights, and impacts our health and that of our children.
Just last week yet another study was released, the Ramzinni Study. It clearly shows that radiation emitted from cell towers causes rare heart and brain cancers unique to microwave radiation. The same findings were the result of a $25 million NTP/NIH report. This microwave radiation is proven to cause cancer - not possibly or potentially.
The Nation magazine (April 2018 issue) explains how this is the largest cover-up in history. It makes the tobacco scandal look like child's play. This bill cannot and MUST NOT become law. We can and must pursue a safer option. Our organization supports "Fiber Optic to the Home", whereby Ohioans can prosper and live healthy lives using all the benefits of technology safely and free from risks to our Nation's security, our privacy and property rights. "
