MS-13 GANG PART OF ILLEGAL ALIEN CARAVAN!

MS-13 Member Posing as Unaccompanied Minor was Part of the ‘Migrant Caravan,’ Says Border Patrol

All this says to me is HOW MANY OTHERS came in the same way and weren't caught.  CLOSE the border -  CLOSE IT TIGHT until those who want to enter America have gone thru ALL the steps legally required to enter legally and have the legal paperwork to allow them to enter.  ALL OTHERS should be turned around and if they attempt again - forever BARRED from entering.

We owe so much to all the Border Patrol agents who catch these criminals.  They put their lives on the line to protect Americans and we all owe them for that.

We need ARMED ACTIVE DUTY military on the Southern Border to DEFEND AMERICA from the Foreign invaders.  this isn't Active Duty military being deployed *IN* America against Americans.  This is American ACTIVE DUTY Military defending American  soil from those FOREIGN ENEMIES  who are INVADING our country.  National Guard is great but they are limited in WHAT they can do -  ARMED ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY isn't bound by those rules.  Let the word go forth that all who try to invade will be shot ---- dead!   If it was a foreign military - wearing their *uniforms* that is how it would be defended...  Just because these ILLEGALS aren't wearing a *uniform* or open carrying weapons does not make them acceptable.   I our military can defend other borders then WHY can't it defend ours???

Border Patrol officials told Breitbart Texas that the MS-13 gang member who presented himself as an unaccompanied minor and the group he traveled with were part of the Central American “migrant caravan.” Individuals from and portions of that caravan are now arriving on U.S. soil.

Agents assigned to the Yuma Station came upon a large group of 61 illegal immigrants who crossed the border Monday afternoon near the San Luis Port of Entry in southern Arizona. The illegal border crossers consisted of a single Mexican national, 59 Guatemalans, and one Salvadoran who claimed to be an unaccompanied minor, according to information provided to Breitbart Texas by Yuma Sector Public Affairs officials.

“We questioned the members of the group and confirmed they are part of the caravan of Central American’s who are reported to be traveling to the U.S.,” Border Patrol spokesman Justin Kallinger told Breitbart Texas.

After taking the group of 61 foreign nationals into custody, agents determined that one of the people claiming to be an unaccompanied minor was actually an adult. The Honduran man also confessed to being a member of MS-13 and said he was headed to Los Angeles.

Kallinger noted that the Yuma Sector has seen “an uptick in larger groups,” mostly from Guatemala and Honduras.

Of those in the group of 60 migrants, more than ninety percent were unaccompanied minors or “family reunites,” he explained. The juveniles ranged in age from one-year to 17.

Officials identified the Salvadoran as 18-year-old Herberth Geovani Argueta-Chavez. The MS-13 gang member told agents he was “trying to separate from the gang,” Border Patrol officials stated.

Breitbart Texas Editor-in-Chief Brandon Darby and journalist Ildefonso Ortiz reported on March 30 on the “migrants caravan” of more than 1,500 families who were making their way from Central America through Mexico with an ultimate destination of the U.S. border.

The group is part of the Viacrucis Migrante 2018, the caravan began on March 25. The caravan was expected to make its way to Tijuana in April where they would request refugee status.

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector reported the arrests of numerous previously deported criminal aliens. Those arrested after illegally crossing the border included convicted rapists, child molesters, and an MS-13 member. One has an outstanding warrant in Harris County, Texas (Houston).

The arrests occurred in six separate incidents along the Texas border with Mexico over a three-day span, according to information received from Border Patrol officials on Tuesday evening. The arrests occurred near the border communities of Hidalgo and La Joya.

On Saturday, April 7, agents assigned to the McAllen Station arrested an Ecuadorian national near Hidalgo. The agents took the foreign national to the McAllen Station for processing where they discovered he had been previously deported following a 2nd Degree Rape conviction in New York City.

Later that day, McAllen agents arrested a Mexican national after he illegally crossed the border near La Joya. After taking the man to the station for processing, agents learned that a Clatsop County, Oregon, court previously convicted the Mexican national for two counts of rape. He received a sentence of five years in prison and a 10-year probation.

One day earlier, agents captured another Mexican national near Hidalgo. A records check revealed that a Texas court in Dallas County convicted the Mexican national for “indecent liberties with a child.” He received a 5-year probated sentence.

Later that day, agents working near La Joya arrested a Salvadoran national after he illegally crossed the border. Officials confirmed he is a known member of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13).

On Thursday, April 5, agents assigned to the Weslaco Station arrested a Mexican national who illegally crossed the border near Hidalgo. After conducting a biometric background investigation, agents learned that an Indiana court in Tippecanoe convicted the man for sexual misconduct with a minor and sentenced him to 18 months in state prison.

All of these men face federal charges for immigration violations. Those who were previously deported could face up to 20 years in prison for aggravated re-entry after removal as a convicted felon.
