Arab League to Seek Recognition of “Palestine"

The Arab League will spearhead global Arab recognition of a Palestinian state with eastern Jerusalem as its capital states Israel National News on Sunday 7 January…..
Jordan announced on Saturday that the Arab League would seekinternational recognition of a Palestinian state with eastern Jerusalem as its capital.
Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi [pictured above] made the announcement at a joint news conference with Arab League chief Ahmed Abul Gheit [pictured below] after talks in Amman on the status of Jerusalem.
The talks were attended by the foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and the Palestinian Authority as well as by the United Arab Emirates minister of state for foreign affairs.
Unlike tepid declarations of Arab leaders in the past regarding the establishment of a Palestinian State within the boundaries of ancient Israel, this wording was quite bold.
'There is a political decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and we will strive to reach an international political decision to recognise a Palestinian state... with (eastern) Jerusalem as its capital', Safadi declared."
Notice that the Arab League chairman spoke as if the political decision has already been made!
Even Turkey announced its support.
A week after Trump's announcement, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan chaired an emergency meeting [pictured above] of theOrganisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in which he called on OIC states to, in a counter move, recognise 'East Jerusalem' as the capital of a future Palestinian state.
Erdogan, perhaps the most vocal critic of Trump's move, also vowed that his country would open an embassy in eastern Jerusalem, the capital of 'Palestine'."
Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister, Timbalan Perdana Menteri [pictured below] later announced that his country plans to follow in Turkey's footsteps and open an embassy in eastern Jerusalem to recognise the city as the capital of 'Palestine'."
And, in Iran, the country's parliament approved a bill which requires the government to support Jerusalem the capital of 'Palestine'.

Of course, this Arab vision for a Palestinian State -- even though it is supported by a wide group of Arab League States, will come to nothing, because it is at odds with prophecy!
The only country name “Palestine” historically IS Israel!!!
Prophecy declares that the leaders of "Idumea" (Edom, Palestinians) will proclaim an empty Kingdom and then be destroyed.
Isaiah 34:12 will be fulfilled to the letter: And soonish?
"And He (God) will stretch over it (Edom) a measuring line of confusion and the plummet stones of chaos over its nobles. They shall call its nobles to proclaim the kingdom, but nothing shall be there ..." [Isaiah 34:11b-12]
Pay particular attention to one sentence of this prophecy; "They shall call its nobles to proclaim the kingdom, but nothing shall be there".
When you hear this proclamation of a Palestinian State, know that Bible prophecy has been fulfilled, know that nothing will come of it, and know that the final annihilating war of the House of Edom, the Palestinians, is close at hand.
If this Arab League has its way, a proclamation of a Palestinian State may be close at hand!
Once the proclamation is made, the final Divine Judgement of God upon the Palestinians will soon follow.
Meanwhile, it is being reported that Cairo has tacitly accepted Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
An Egyptian intelligence officer Captain Ashraf al-Kholi [pictured above] is recorded in four audios of telephone calls to Arab media as asking:“How is Jerusalem different from Ramallah, really?”
Palestinians should content themselves with Ramallah, he said.
“Like all our Arab brothers, Egypt would denounce in public” President Donald Trump’s decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, but strife with Israel is not in Egypt’s interest and the Arabs must accept it.
Never going to happen?
Russia Foils Massive Attack Against Syrian Bases…..

Russia has foiled a massive attack on its Syrian bases by electronically “controlling” 6 drones, and downing seven.
The Defence Ministry in Moscow revealed on Monday, January 8: A massive terrorist drone attack on Russian military and naval bases in Syria was thwarted by electronic measures and anti-air weapon fire.
The statement said that overnight on January 6, Syrian “militants” (terrorists) sent a large swarm of unmanned aerial vehicles to attack Russia’s Tartus Naval base and Khmeimim air base.
Russian defences took control of six drones and its Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system shot down another seven. [pictured above and below]
Military sources learned from the Russian statement that they used electronic measures to manipulate the UAVs’ navigation systems and bring them down intact.
Moscow has now launched an urgent technical analysis of the captured drones, which were revealed as capable of enabling terrorists to conduct attacks from a range of some 100km, and also discovered they were using, for the first time, modern guidance technologies on satellite GPS systems.
Russian security services are also urgently investigating who supplied these advanced UAVs to terrorists, warning that they make it possible for them to conduct air strikes anywhere in the world.
Beijing Bets on Facial Recognition in a Big Drive for Total Surveillance….

For 40-year-old Mao Ya, the facial recognition camera that allows access to her apartment house is simply a useful convenience.
“If I am carrying shopping bags in both hands, I just have to look ahead and the door swings open,” she said. “And my 5-year-old daughter can just look up at the camera and get in. It’s good for kids because they often lose their keys.”
But for the police, the cameras that replaced the residents’ old entry cardsserve quite a different purpose.
Now they can see who’s coming and going, and by combining artificial intelligence with a huge national bank of photos, the system in this pilot project should enable police to identify what one police report called the “bad guys” who once might have slipped by.
At the back end, these efforts merge with a vast database of information on every citizen, a “Police Cloud” that aims to scoop up such data as criminal and medical records, travel bookings, online purchase and even social media comments — and link it to everyone’s identity card and face.
Facial recognition is the new hot tech topic in China.
Banks, airports, hotels and even public toilets are all trying to verify people’s identities by analysing their faces.
But the police and security state have been the most enthusiastic about embracing this new technology.
“Surveillance technologies are giving the government a sense that it can finally achieve the level of control over people’s lives that it aspires to,”said one commentator.
