Caleb Ecarma, a reporter for Mediaite.com, published a patently false claim that “O’Keefe was hit with a felony conviction.”
It didn’t stop there.
They also made outrageous and lewd implications by writing “an ex-Project Veritas operative even accused O’Keefe himself of sexual misconduct, claiming he owned a ‘rape barn’ where he ‘taped intimate moments.’ This article failed to mention the pertinent detail that the case was dismissed.
This is how low the media is willing to go. I’ve never been charged with any felony. And you know what else? I’ve never issued any retractions – either.
Project Veritas has previously sued journalists for defamation. The thing that you and I know about Project Veritas is that we fight back.
The Mainstream Media wants to make an example out of me, in response, I’m going to make an example out of them.
