BERTRAND DAILY REPORT 12/01/2017 INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING

Bertrand Daily Report
The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (December 1st, 2017)

Ed Note:

Myself and a friend, after participating in an Oath Keeper's 2nd Amendment march to protest a rogue (corrupt) police chief a couple days earlier, were confronted by two undercover FBI agents at a McDonald's over-hearing our conversation. I was already informed by a local (good cop) that FBI were swarming the small town before and after 200 plus Oath Keepers marched to the court house in 2011.

One at a time, both undercover agents sitting at different tables, approached us and wanted to get-in on the debate we were having. My experience in law enforcement of days gone by, told me immediately....these two supposedly don't know each other, both approached us and wanted to sit down with us, both talking about the problems in America stating..."the real core of the problem in America are corrupt far left leaning judges." We agreed and the (alpha male) agent says..."and they should be taken-out one by one by patriots."

Wow....red flags went-up immediately and I told my friend we have to leave....we were being set-up as possible "patsies."

However, I agree the core problem are corrupt judges in America, but two judges stand-out this week in Las Vegas and San Francisco, not to mention the Hawaiian judge that blocked Trump's ban on certain countries from allowing a refugee invasion, and of course the entire 9th Circuit Court allowing Sanctuary Cities to prevail.

The Las Vegas Judge Navarro refuses to follow the Constitution she swore an oath to in the Bundy trials, and an illegal alien deported 6 times back to Mexico, was allowed to stay in San Francisco after a drug charge was dropped by the prosecutors, then 3 months later he kills a young woman and today he was acquitted.

The jury in the trial and the judge are all anti-Trump haters, and because Candidate Trump used the shooting of the young woman as a reason to "build the fence" and his push to end sanctuary cities, the judge in the shooting case influenced the jury and demanded the illegal alien's status as a felon....."cannot be used as the bases for a conviction" of murder, or at least manslaughter. He was set free...

The illegal alien is now (only) being charged for being in possession of a handgun. The defense painted such an extraordinary story as to how he came to find the weapon, his intent to shoot a seal on the beach, drops the gun instead, but no....it didn't go off until he "stepped on the gun" which miraculously goes-off, ricocheting bullet strikes the woman in the back, killing her instantly. The weapon he used cannot discharge by stepping on it.....

This case is a terrible and devastating lack of justice for the family, but a major win for President Trump's 2020 re-election. We just might see a major push by AG Sessions to begin defunding all sanctuary cities that harbor illegal aliens that often escape justice as a privileged race....sound familiar?

However....the undercover FBI agents we encountered were absolutely correct. "Judges in America are rotten to the core."

---Dave Bertrand

Strong Evidence that U.S. Special Operations Forces Massacred Civilians in Somalia

THE U.S.-LED OPERATION on Aug. 25 would result in the death of 10 civilians, including at least one child, and become the largest stain on U.S. ground operations in the country since the infamous Black Hawk Down incident in 1993. In the operation’s aftermath, hundreds of people in the nearby town Afgoye flooded the city’s streets demanding justice for those killed, and survivors on the farm refused to bury their dead until the Somali government recanted its allegations that they were members Al Shabaab, and offered an apology.

U.S. military indefinitely delays ban on cluster bombs

The Pentagon will indefinitely delay a ban on the use of older types of cluster bombs due to take effect on Jan. 1, 2019, officials say, arguing safety advances in munitions technology had failed to advance enough to replace older stockpiles. Cluster bombs, dropped by air or fired by artillery, scatter bomblets across a wide area which sometimes fail to explode and are difficult to locate and remove. That can lead to civilian deaths and injuries long after conflicts end.

Media Erase NATO Role in Bringing Slave Markets to Libya

he American and British media have awakened to the grim reality in Libya, where African refugees are for sale in open-air slave markets. Yet a crucial detail in this scandal has been downplayed or even ignored in many corporate media reports: the role of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in bringing slavery to the North African nation. In March 2011, NATO launched a war in Libya expressly aimed at toppling the government of longtime leader Muammar Qadhafi. The US and its allies flew some 26,000 sorties over Libya and launched hundreds of cruise missiles, destroying the government’s ability to resist rebel forces.
