NATIONAL RIGHT TO WORK 09/26/2017 SECOND TRUMP NOMINEE CONFIRMED!

"Senate confirms second Trump nominee to labor board"
- The Hill

Dear Conservatives,

Another defeat for Big Labor!

Just yesterday evening, the Senate confirmed President Trump's second nominee to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

And with William Emanuel's confirmation, I am excited to announce the biased Obama majority no longer controls the NLRB.

This has been a long time coming.

Ever since President Trump announced his unbiased nominees to fill these two vital seats on the NLRB, union boss allies like Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Elizabeth Warren fought tooth and nail to derail the confirmation process.

Even as the final votes were being tallied yesterday, Elizabeth Warren was still barking out every talking point spoon-fed to her by their union boss friends on the Hill.

But Warren's union-label rhetoric and Schumer's strong arm tactics were no match against your Committee's grassroots support for President Trump's NLRB nominees.

With the NLRB now restored to its role as a neutral arbiter, we have the opportunity to undo key Obama-Big Labor NLRB era decisions that handed the rights of workers and employers to union bosses.

Yet, our work is just getting started.

Both the current Chairman of the NLRB, Philip Miscimarra, and the current General Counsel at the NLRB have announced they'll be retiring before the end of this year.

And both of these positions are vital in our efforts to reverse the damage done during the Obama-Big Labor NLRB era.

President Trump's NLRB nominees were confirmed by just two votes.

So I have no doubt Big Labor is twisting arms in a determined effort to find two weak Senators to flip for the upcoming confirmation fights.

But fighting to achieve these two victories has been a drain on your Committee's financial resources.

And you know Big Labor has already replenished their coffers with billions of forced-dues fees to upend the upcoming NLRB vacancies.

That's why I hope you'll help the Committee brace for the next NLRB battle by chipping in $10, $25 or more today.

Thanks for all that you do.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
President, National Right to Work

P.S. With help from supporters like you, the National Right to Work Committee led the fight to confirm President Trump's two NLRB nominees and officially ended the Obama-Big Labor NLRB era.

But with the current NLRB Chair and General Counsel announcing their retirements, this means two more NLRB battles remain on the horizon.

That's why it's vital you help your Committee be ready for the upcoming NLRB confirmation showdown by chipping in $10, $25 or more right away
