The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (September 15th, 2017)

Ed Note:

President Trump will be visiting S. Korea, China and Japan in November....can we assume his proposed trip is a re-assurance visit prior to a pre-emptive strike on North Korea?

Currently, China and Russia have warned the U.S. of a pre-emptive strike...stating a "catastrophe" would follow. Therefore, Trump and his generals must wait first for a successful strike on an American city before wiping North Korea off the map? South Korea is experiencing an internal battle over U.S. action on North Korea, mainly because, hundreds of missiles would be launched on Seoul, almost immediately if North Korea suspects or detects an inbound missile attack. Other concerns by South Korean residents are the millions of relatives living on the north side of the DMZ. Definitely a "Catch 22"....damn if we do bomb NK and damn if we don't.

The latest missile launch by NK is the longest thus far, but there are two conflicting reports....one suggests the launch range was about 2,000 km and a second report says 3,700 km.

The launch is a direct track towards Alaska and beyond into the heart of America (Great Circle Route). The first report places the splash down about 300 km west of the U.S. / Alaska Aleutian Island chain, of which one small Air Force (Radar outpost) called Shemya (near the end of the chain) would not likely receive media attention if Shemya was hit by North Korea. Flew in there once to drop off supplies, nothing to see except many silver fox running around...very windy and wet, a really miserable place to be posted.

If the second track distance of 3700 km is correct, then we have to assume the splash down was south of the Aleutian chain. Note: During WWII, Pearl Harbor was NOT the only U.S. territory hit. The Aleutian Islands were attacked by Japan....

(1) "The missile flew over Hokkaido in the north and landed in the Pacific about 2,000 km (1,240 miles) to the east, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga told reporters.
(2) The missile reached an altitude of about 770 km (480 miles) and flew for about 19 minutes over about 3,700 km (2,300 miles), according to South Korea's military - far enough to reach the U.S. Pacific territory of Guam, which the North has threatened before."

What will President Trump discuss with the Chinese, Koreans and Japan? Most likely a Naval Blockade to stop and board all ships leaving and entering North Korean waters. Naval Blockades are the first step before war breaks-out, but (IMO) the shoot down of the next launched missile is in-order.....if anything, to save the few military personnel and the many silver fox on Shemya island. The direction NK is launching is not in the direction of Guam.

In other news....Berkeley is prepping for war in the streets soon by putting up barriers and prepping for wide spread violence.

Edward Snowden gives a great interview and should be pardoned by President Trump for exposing extreme corruption and violations of most every American's 4th amendment rights by the NSA.

The U.S. House sent a strong message of rebuke to Attorney General Jeff Sessions on civil asset forfeiture last night. The House adopted three amendments offered to an appropriations bill that prohibit the Department of Justice from using funds to increase certain federal and local forfeiture practices. Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) summed up the problem with civil asset forfeiture in one sentence. “It is an unconstitutional practice that is used to violate the due process rights of innocent people,” he said from the House floor.

Hawaii says it’s 1st state to go cashless for pot sales

Hawaii said Tuesday that it aims to be the first state to have marijuana sales handled without cash, saying it wanted to avoid robberies and other crimes targeting dispensaries. All of Hawaii’s eight licensed dispensaries have agreed to go cashless by Oct. 1, the governor’s office said. The dispensaries will ask patients to use a debit payment app to buy their pot instead of cash. The app is already an option for marijuana transactions in six states, including California and Colorado.

BBC -- September 14, 2017  DACA: Trump denies reaching 'Dreamers' deal with Democrats    US President Donald Trump has denied reaching a deal with top Democrats to protect young undocumented migrants.
    Mr. Trump said "massive border security would have to be agreed in exchange for consent" on the immigrant programme.

Top Congress Democrats Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer announced the agreement on the migrants, known as Dreamers, after talks with Mr. Trump on Wednesday.
    They said the plan excluded the president's proposed wall with Mexico. Mr. Trump said the wall would be built. [...]

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders later disputed the Democrats' account.
    On Thursday, Mr. Trump suggested the "Dreamers" deal and boosting border security would be subjected to a vote.
    And he insisted that the wall was "already under construction in the form of new renovation of old and existing fences and walls" and "will continue to be built".

Is President Trump a border Trick or Treat? We should know by Halloween

Breitbart reported a DACA fraud rate of '40 to 50 percent.

Seeing a report of an increase DACA disqualifications, Jessica Vaughn of the Center for Immigration Studies observed: "It confirms that the DACA screening process was woefully inadequate. The eligibility bar was set very low, explicitly allowing people with multiple misdemeanor and certain felony convictions to be approved. Only a handful of the applicants were ever interviewed, and only rarely was the information on the application ever verified."

    Will Congress and the President demand an audit of DACA applications similar to the one I proposed?
    If not, we are in real trouble. We should know in the coming weeks.

The president says he will build his ‘'wall”, but he insists it will be see-through. A see-through wall is a fence. Calling it a wall only infuriates the opposition. When will he start calling it a fence?

Contracts for prototype ‘walls' have been let --- one to an Israeli company that specializes in ground radar. What does that mean?"

Also, the Washington Post reports that the parent of the company is being accused of bid rigging and bribery.

Why didn't Trump pick an American company that was not under such a cloud? We should know in a few weeks.

And there is "Obama's Wall" that is currently on hold pending testing.

    Will he shut it down? Will Attorney General Sessions prosecute any wrongdoers? We should know in a few weeks.
    There is also a need to find a way to hold CBP accountable for border security.

The next few weeks will tell us a great deal about where President Trump's heart really is when it comes to defending our borders and enforcing our immigration laws.
By Halloween we should know if President Trump is a border trick or treat.
