Subject: The CIA Truth Behind "Chemtrails"

The Alex Jones Show discussed "Chemtrails" this morning on his LIVE show reference a CIA report where former CIA Director
Brennan discusses an array of technologies "collectively as
geo-engineering" with the globalist a.k.a. The Council on Foreign
Relations (CFR).
As
a former airline captain, I can attest to the difference between
"Contrails vs. Chemtrails," and I can assure anyone NOT believing they
exist, you need to wake-up and do your own research.
As
you read the speech by Brennan on the official CIA website (below), you
will see different terms and different reasons of why "Chemtrails" are
being conducted around the world. Independent scientists have concluded
with absolute proof of what the "Stratospheric Aerosol Injection" (SAI)
a.k.a. Chemtrails a.k.a. "Geo-Engineering," is all about and the affects
thereof.
The chemicals found from air samples taken around the world have two main elements dangerous to humans, animals and vegetation.
The
chemicals are either sprayed directly from military tanker jets and/or
mixed with airline "Jet A1" fuel on certain dates and times at airports
around the world. Mixing chemical additives with passenger jetliner's
fuel began in the late 90's and is strategically dispatched to certain
areas for various reasons, which does NOT reflect the purpose discussed
in the CIA report below.
Your airline crew today have no clue as to if and when fuel additives are used.....
In
my opinion and millions of others.....Geo-Engineering "to reflect the
sun because of global warming," according to the CIA, but yet creates a
thin overcast, trapping heat on the surface could easily be a ruse to
justify "Global Warming" lies.
Remember....to
successfully finance a One World Order, every person on earth must pay a
tax to the globalist elites and that tax is called a "Carbon Tax." Too
many cows farting and you as a rancher have not paid the correct "carbon
tax" for the amount of cows you reported, the carbon tax cops will
show-up and seize your cattle.....similar to what happened with Cliven
Bundy over "unpaid grazing fees" in dispute, BLM Swat Team showed-up and
seized approximately 160 head of cattle, nearly starting a civil war.
Maneuvering
weather systems has been around a long time and with the help of HAARP,
an obscured scientific research facility in Alaska tied to many
"Ionosphere Heaters" scattered around the world, use approximately 3.6
megawatts of (radiated) High Frequency energy to creatively bounce off
the ionosphere to selected "Heaters" thus heating-up that portion of the
sky to help maneuver a weather system in a certain direction. The CIA
uses weather manipulation to create an environment for political,
economic and defensive/offensive military strategies.
The
New World Order globalists had to come-out in the open to justify what
we have all known for quite some time, accusing (us) of being
"Conspiracy Theorists," a term created by the CIA following the JFK
assassination. With President Trump at the forefront of denying the
globalist their plans for enslavement of humanity, the
awakening has happened and countries are separating from a global
collectivism....the original NAZI plan by Hitler to take-over the
world.
The
globalists need acceptance by the (world) as being a "God Send" for
humanity, "Save the children" but "abortion is a Right we all should pay
for," Vax your kids into hell, and "love us because we care." Open the
borders, increase chaos in the world, start major wars, and spy on every
single American for political blackmail later if need be....and those
"Chemtrails" overhead, move along, nothing to see.

This report is a test (of sorts) to see what problems need to be
corrected. So far...there are three (regular) contacts that may
unknowingly have malware on their own email account that routes a
(Reply) email to a remote server. If you are one of them, I can't even
reply to you because my firewall will not allow it, unless I elect to
bypass the warning. MANY of those on (this) contact list have reason to
believe they are being censored. This particular email (with an obscured
headline) and a CIA web link in the context is a test. So we'll see.

"Another
example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as
geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects
of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is
stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the
stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in
much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An
SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some
risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world
economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is
also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that
a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
As
promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would raise a number of
challenges for our government and for the international community. On
the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have
to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean
acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from
the atmosphere.
On
the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather
patterns and benefit certain regions at the expense of others could
trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s
benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide
reductions. And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms
and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of
SAI."
