The NDAA has been implemented to incarcerate citizens without Due Process
Friends and Associates:
The
issue concerning what lands the Federal Government "owns" is limited
and not within the scope of what occurred in Nevada and Oregon.
In
the case of the Bundy Ranch stand-off with BLM swat teams at
Bunkerville, NV, the BLM encroachment was a shameful act of aggression
and in violation of U.S. Title 18, Section 241 & 242...."Deprivation
of Rights Under Color." Everyone that participated in that stand-down,
excluding many that showed-up and possibly vulnerable to federal
action....are being held prisoners without bail in Portland Oregon.
Lawsuits
have been filed on behalf of these political prisoners, with
evidence...the BLM had no authority under the U.S. Constitution to seize
Bundy's cattle, or to collect grazing fees. According to archive
records dating back over 100 years ago, the Federal Government has never
had authority over the Bundy Ranch, and the records show, Clark County
does.
However....that alone
is not going to stop the moron media types from their continued attack
on these true patriots that took a stand for liberty and
freedom...calling them "domestic terrorists" and "gang thugs." Keeping
with the government's narrative to deceive the American people, is
communism at it's best.
The
federal government made a major mistake and continues to set the stage
for more chaos concerning U.N. Agenda 21 land grabbing for foreign
interests. Harry Reid's son, a Las Vegas attorney, is representing a
Chinese company vying control for the Bundy ranch and the surrounding
land. After the BLM stood-down, when hundreds of armed citizens
advanced, Harry Reid vowed to "get them all later."
Note:
In Oregon....the Hammond Ranch is to be seized (by the BLM) for
Russia's "Uranium One Corp" that originally came together with Hillary
Clinton's influence while she was Secretary of State.
The
jack-ass (Harry Reid) has another battle on his hands and wants BLM to
act by seizing the land from the remaining Bundy's. The Bundy women are"
willing to die," to protect their land and cattle, while patriots from
across the country are expected to arrive Bunkerville soon. By keeping
all the men in jail, without bail or trial, Harry Reid believes the BLM
can win this time.
This is the NDAA in action...."incarcerating America citizens without due process."

Actually, the US Government does *not* own a third of the land in America. But it thinks
it does, and shall continue to think so until enough Americans stand up
for our States. Until enough Americans stand up and “just say NO”, the
federal government, in cooperation with the United Nations’ Agenda 21
and a regiment of NGOs, shall rely upon their surveillance/police-state
raw militarized power, brute force and a totally corrupted court system
pumping new blood through the privatized prison industry, backed by a
confiscatory IRS and a bogus War on Drugs, to force the fedgov’s will
upon the people.
Add social entertainment,
dramatic newscasts/media, pro sports events, the political circus, the
loss of jobs, inflation, and other commonly experienced stresses, and
the people are reduced to, as Steve Earle has written it into a song,
“Letters to the editor and cheatin’ on your taxes is the best that you
can do.” (He was taunting a sleepy American public for its impotence,
challenging them to answer up if that is indeed “all they can do”.)
We are seeing the destruction of the American way of life
at the hands of globalizing socialist bankers whose history is readily
available as we trace back one by one the Administrations of the
succeeding Presidents, all the way back to 1912 when Wall Street bought
the White House and most of Congress, set up the Federal Reserve System
and the first-ever Federal “income tax” (1913), drug this nation into a
foreign war overseas (WWI), created the Bank for International
Settlements in 1930, financed the rise of the Third Reich across the
1930s, suckered us into WWII with FDR’s now-infamous “8-Point Plan” to
make Japan attack us, created a United Nations at end of WWII (1945),
pumped undeclared war in Korea as a UN police action (we’re still there,
eh?), and on and on it runs, this insane 20th Century history of
in-your-face tyranny so blatantly paraded as being “Official” before a
trusting proletariat who have been sold on their slavery by the
convenience of electricity, internal combustion oil-based energy devices
on wheels, and the greatest unspoken coup d’ tat — the invention of
Television.
The very families who were
involved in all such peak events of 20th Century — the Federal Reserve,
the IRS, two World Wars and a forty-year Cold War, gave us also the AMA,
the American Historic Society, the National Education Association
(NEA), higher taxes, higher national debt, perpetual war for perpetual
peace, the surveillance state, the police state, and the assault on
middle-America’s family value system, all that and so much more than I
can say in one comment here, have placed the concentrated power of
governmental force in the hands of those who are working for the United
Nations and their Agenda 21. And those same families, as history now
shows clearly, were behind the creation of the CFR in 1921, as well as,
in 1973, the creation of the Trilateral Commission.

All of that is CFR and Tri-Lateral based elitist activity and it is what is behind the federal land grab in the Western States.
And, Jeanette, as you so aptly stated, how much easier it would be for
the US Government to pull this off (the dismantling of the States and
our State governments) if the Fedgov owned a third of America’s
landmass. The political lobbies for the hidden powers which move
domestic and foreign policy behind the scenes figured that out long ago,
and have set up the “statute” and “code” and “color of law” and “rules
of the court” BS and sold it to the American people wrapped in
attractive lies over decades, so that now most Americans do not know or
understand that the Federal agencies have no authority over public lands
within any State brought from a territory status into Statehood via
respective Enabling Acts done in accordance with the Equal Footing
rules.
The BLM and USFS and EPA, among other
departments and agencies, have no lawful claim, only what they consider
to be “legal” claims. Legal is their word, but “lawful” is the term we
the people must demand of our governmental agencies and departments. To
be “lawful”, a “legal statute” must be pursuant to the Constitution. If
it is repugnant to the Constitution, is it no law, as the Supreme Court
has repeatedly ruled. Government employees who will gun down a rancher
for exercising his 1st and 2nd Amendment rights to protest unlawful
activity by the government’s agencies such as EPA or BLM etc., are
committing grievous crimes against the very people they swore to serve.
And they don’t seem to be able to grasp that, which is a huge problem.
So that is sorta where we’re at as the election cycle circus ramps up
with juvenile contests between criminal types who’ll do what they’re
paid to do by the very founders of the CFR and Tri-Lateral Commission.
