“When Ted Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in
1970, there was a United States Consular Office in Calgary. Presumably It
would have been through this office that a Consular Report of Birth Abroad
or an application for a United States passport for Ted Cruz would have
been filed. I believe the CRBA form is currently called the FS-240 and was
FS-545 prior to 1990. The form required a number of different
verifications in order to accurately determine whether or not the child
born would qualify as a United States
citizen.”
In addition to
other documents, “Dave P” requested:
“LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUESTED: Consular Report of Birth Abroad for Rafael
Edward Cruz which would include the supporting documentation cited above
regarding his parent’s status, and Evidence of a United States passport
issued in the name of Rafael Edward Cruz which, by law, he would have
needed to enter the United States in 1974 at which time he left Canada as
a documented Canadian citizen and moved permanently to the United States
with his parents to live in
Texas.
In the event a
question of privacy is raised, I would like to argue that it is in the
public interest to be able to insure and verify that any United States
senator or president meets the constitutional requirement of citizenship
and that the constitution is not subverted by a frivolous claim of privacy
to prevent the verification of a candidate’s citizenship status. It
appears the only vetting for Ted Cruz’s eligibility for the United States
senate election from Texas was verifying that the box denoting “U.S.
Citizen” was checked. There was no supporting documentation provided to
affirmatively prove that assertion by Mr. Cruz and none was apparently
requested. I would also like to note that an attempt to obtain copies of
Rafael and Eleanor’s divorce records filed in Harris County, Texas have
apparently been sealed, possibly to frustrate efforts to obtain
information which could refute Ted Cruz’s claim of
citizenship.“
Jenny’s
Questions:
1) What ID or Passport did he
use to enter the USA?
2) What ID and other documents
did he use to get the USA Passport?
3) How many years did his
alleged mom live in the USA before having him? (“She was not reported to
have been living in the United States for at least the year prior to Ted’s
birth in 1970.)
4) When Cruz was born in Canada
did they allow dual citizenships?
5) If not, then how could he
have been “American” per Canadian law...and if he was “American”, then
where is the USA proof of such?
So, can we have
someone (Trump would have standing) publicly and legally demand the
Consular Report of Birth Abroad.
Bottom line...you can't get much lower on the USA

Stephen Pidgeon, lead counsel for the North American Law Center sent a
letter to Texas Secretary of State Carlos H. Cascos on behalf of a
legal citizen and voter in Texas, as well as in the public interest of the
nation, questioning if, when Cruz ran for, was elected and certified by
the Texas Secretary of State as the new U.S. Senator representing the
people of Texas, he was a legal citizen of Canada.
As of this writing, Pidgeon has not received a response.Ted

Attached to his
letter, Pidgeon provided a copy of Cruz’s birth certificate indicating
Rafael Edward “Ted” Cruz, was born on Dec. 22, 1970 in Calgary,
Alberta, Canada. He also attached a copy
of Cruz’s Certificate of Renunciation of Canadian Citizenship, whereas
Cruz “formally renounced Canadian citizenship and pursuant to the
Citizenship Act will cease to be a citizen on May 14,
2014.”
When Cruz was born on Dec. 22, 1970 in Calgary,
Alberta, Canada, Canada didn't allow for dual citizenship, indicating Cruz
was only a citizen of Canada.
The Canadian Citizenship Act
of 1946, which became effective in 1947, was the first citizenship act in
Canada to create a new citizenship status apart from being British
subjects and, at the time, chose not to allow for dual
citizenship.
So,
despite his mother having been born an American citizen, documentation
exists that she and Cruz’s father voted in Canada in 1974 when dual
citizenship was not permitted.
It was
only in 1977, the passage of the Citizenship Act, replacing the 1947 Act,
provided the ability to hold dual
citizenship.
However, like Obama, documents indicating how and when
Cruz became an American citizen are apparently “unavailable” or
