Was there voter fraud in Texas?

"Haydee,
various counties here in TX are calling in to TV and radio news
reporters that their votes for Trump have been rigged. First, their
vote for Trump would 'gray out' and then Rubio's name would pop up
showing as the candidate that the person had voted for!!!! People are
FURIOUS and those working at the polls don't know how to fix the
machines and are telling the voters that they can NOT vote again! I'll
try to get you some online links if there are any yet. So far it is
just being reported on tv and radio."
