MUTH’S TRUTHS

Riddle me this, Batman…

Ted Cruz has had problems getting Republicans to vote for him in the Republican primaries while Donald Trump has been “yugely” successful in getting independents and Democrats to vote for him, along with Republicans.

So how is it that some people think Cruz would have a better chance to win the general election than Trump?  It makes no sense.

Now as for John Kasich

He put out a fundraising email appeal today that read, in part: “With your help, not only will we continue to deny Trump delegates, but we’ll also head into the convention with the momentum we’ll need to win.”

I don’t know what it is they’re smoking over there at Team Kasich, but I’m guessing it’s still illegal in 55 of Barack Obama’s 57 states.

Cheers.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS

"If conservatives and Senator Ted Cruz openly ally with the Republican establishment it would alienate the millions of voters and volunteers who thought they were fighting for change in Washington, DC.  And, once again, the numbers in the General Election indicate that such a course of action – particularly if it drove Trump to run as a Third Party candidate – would all but guarantee a Hillary Clinton landslide.” – George Rasley of ConservativeHQ.com
