Marco Rubio Desperately Plays the Isolationist Card
By Doug Bandow, Senior Fellow Cato Institute [@Doug_Bandow]

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
The passage of the Obama - Ryan - McConnell omnibus killed whatever hope Jeb Bush and the other establishment candidates might have had to regain some momentum going into the Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina contests. RUSH LIMBAUGH: Marco Rubio was part of the Gang of Eight trying to secure amnesty and wishes he wasn’t. Ted Cruz never was and they’re trying to make it out like he was. 1. BETTER THE DEVIL WE MIGHT CONTROL
THAN THE DEVIL WE'LL NEVER CONTROL…

Let me rephrase this, so I don't sound as hypocritical as some conservatives who appear to have just crawled out from under the woodwork of moralistic piousness.

How about, "Better the Scumbag that we might control than the Scumbag that we'll never control…?" That should take the religious connotation of 'devils' and 'saints' off the table. Humans are both. The U.S. is both –and has been throughout its history. Its government, its people and its leaders all have reflected, at one time or another, both the lows of injustice and greed, and the heights of enlightenment and compassion.

Those of us who are without sin, cast the first stone.

Donald Trump, aka Con-ald is a Scumbag. Don't anyone tell me you didn't know this till now. He's not a conservative, he's not polished, he's not polite, and to those of you that were expecting someone anointed by (your) god: he's definitely not religious. But, there is one thing he is: he is a person that wants America first. He's our Scumbag.

Whatever else Con-ald says, I believe he's going to try to put America first; and because he's an outsider with plenty of money, he should be less susceptible to pressures from "the establishment" or "the globalists".

Might he turn out to be a dictator-in-the-making, like many are warning? Yes, he might. But we will be able to deal with him, because he's the Scumbag that we know: we elect him with our eyes wide open, not under some idealistic spell. And because of that, we'll be better prepared to oppose him should he start moving away from the Constitution.

Remember, I said Con-ald might become a dictator. On the other hand, Hell-ary, who is also a Scumbag, is one who, if elected, we won't be able to control. She is and has been part of an administration that for many years now has been dishonest, underhanded and arbitrary to the point of being dictatorial. She actually has been bought and paid for by foreign governments that do not have the best interests of our country at heart –to say the least. Furthermore, she has already shown a dangerous disregard for the security of our nation. Under her watch the US has already been weakened and its enemies have been strengthened …perhaps due to ineptitude and naiveté; perhaps on purpose.

The following points should help you decide which Scumbag we want running our country:

    WHAT'S YOUR TOP POLICY PRIORITY?
    > Creating Jobs by Cutting Size and Scope of Government
    > Stopping Illegal Immigration
    > Repealing ObamaCare
    > Cutting Taxes
    > Protecting the Supreme Court from a Socialist Takeover
    > Protecting the Lives of the Unborn
    > Safeguarding our Second Amendment Rights
    > Fighting Terrorism and Protecting our National Security

To me, the 'top' priority right now is to keep the Supreme Court from going "Left".
It normally would not have been my 'top'; but if we are to keep our constitutional form of government, a center-right Supreme Court is essential. That means we MUST elect a Republican. If we don't, forget all the aforementioned 'priorities'…
[NOTE: A center-right Supreme Court is not a cure-all; and God knows (if He, She or It exists) that some
center-right justices in the past have not been the ideal picks --which is why we need term limits!]

    So, I repeat…
BETTER THE SCUMBAG WE MIGHT CONTROL
THAN THE SCUMBAG WE'LL NEVER CONTROL…

Let's get Scumbag Con-ald elected, then start reviving the Conservative Resistance.
