Regarding the question and definition of a
natural born citizen (nbc).
A SCOTUS decision
precisely defining exactly what an nbc is has been in existence for 140
years. The Supreme Court is the final arbiter of federal Constitutional law.
Once a ruling is made, it stands as the Supreme Law of the Land, unless
overturned by a subsequent SCOTUS ruling. The principle is called Stare
Decisis and the Court's rulings are 'Supreme' and final. No further appeal
from a SCOTUS ruling is possible.

Regarding the issue of Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5, of the U.S. Constitution
which states: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a

the term 'natural born citizen' has never been defined. WRONG!
