3. Congress Should Let ObamaCare's Medicaid Payment Increase Expire - by Jason Pye
The Obama administration continues boast of the rise in Medicaid enrollees. Just before Christmas, for instance, Cindy Mann, deputy administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, hailed as a "milestone achievement" the addition of 9.7 million Americans to Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) since October 2013. Read more here...

Laurence H. Tribe, of Harvard Law School, strongly believes our Constitution and the Rule of Law must prevail over Federal bureaucrats regulating power plant's CO2 emissions in every state. Tribe writes there is no legislative authority granting the EPA the power to regulate. In fact the statutes clearly denies the EPA from regulating power plants.
