At U.S. Supreme Court; Targets DOJ, DVA, Navy

Bill Van Allen filed a Petition, plus Joinder, with the Rudy v Lee case, at the U.S. Supreme Court. Haven't yet read the whole filing however it appears he is seeking to combine his case against the Department of Veterans Affairs currently at SCOTUS with the recently filed case challenging Obama's authority to sign bills into law.
