update......Walter Fitzpatrick has been
moved from the McMinn County jail. Nothing definite yet as to where he is
located but the most informed guess is Bledsoe County facility in
Pikeville. That is the usual location for new prisoners to the state
prison system.
I have been told that there is under $1,000 in the appeal fund at
present. The transcripts cost $1,400 for the trial and most likely another
$1,000 for the transcript of the sentencing hearing. That means we need to
hustle to get those transcripts so Van can get the appeal in quickly and
hopefully it can be heard and get Walter out of that mess he is in. I am
guilty of forgetting to get Van Irion's mailing address so you may send any
check made out to him in care of me. My mailing address is Norma

37303. I will personally get them to
him.
A sidenote here. If any of you are lacking a good Bible
teaching church and have some tithe money accumulating this would be worthy of
considering to put that money to good use. If you have a good church then
by all means do as usual, but ask the preacher if the church could spare some
money for a good deed. I am hoping we can get this done quickly.

Just heard on Uma Pemmaraju's FOX show -Retired USAF General Tom McInerny just said - LIVE ON FOX - that the missing MH 370 plane is being prepared (along with other devices) for a 9-11-14 major attack on the US!!! My own theory is that MH 370 was flown to a
secret air field in NW Pakistan, emptied of passengers, then refitted under
