I am sending out the following NOTICE to my local news media and pray that others will do likewise.
NOTICE - INTENT TO BRING LEGAL ACTION
In the event of either myself, any loved members of my household, personal friends, acquaintances, contracting any such diseases or malaise, due to YOUR FAILURE TO PUBLICIZE, being brought into the United States of America, or likewise introduced by Illegal Aliens, immediate legal action will be brought for any damages sustained.
The Media of the United States of America has been granted, by virtue of the Constitution of the United States, (Amendment 1) wherein it is stated (in part) Congress shall make no law respecting...abridging freedom of speech, or of the press...
In the failure of the Media (press) to inform the citizens of the United States of America of the existence of, but not limited to: Bacterial Pneumonia; Pneumonic Plague; Measles; Scabies; Head Lice, Polio; Smallpox, or any numbers of diseases previously brought under control by medicines and/or vaccines, is both unacceptable and unwarranted. No governmental authority is allowed to breach the United States Constitution in demanding the Media refrain disclosure of such diseases to exist due to border intrusion.
In the event of death being discovered as caused by any such diseases an action for WRONGFUL WITHHOLDING will be brought by survivors related to a

Maybe this will prompt a portion of the Media to act in honesty and honor their OBLIGATION to exercise FREEDOM OF THE PRESS.
