STOP THE EPA's NONSENSE ON WATER RIGHTS - PETITION

Dear Conservatives,

We have less than 120 days to comment on President Obama's proposed rule to redefine “waters of the United States” to include all sorts of little puddles and ditches Congress never intended the federal government to regulate when it passed the Clean Water Act.

We cannot stand by and let this land grab take place without speaking up.

Will you sign CFACT's statement telling EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to “ditch” this ill-conceived water rule today?
