The prophetic consequences of an Islamic president

Since his first major foreign policy address June 4, 2009 in Cairo, Egypt, the occupant of the Oval Office has promoted Islam from the bully pulpit of the presidency. Americans have watched aghast at his applying US tax dollars to support the Caliphate-building, terrorist sponsoring Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign policy partner. This military, political and financial support has trickled down to Taliban, al Qaeda, Hamas, and a myriad of other radical terrorists who have moved from front to front in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen and Syria fomenting death and revolution in the name of Allah. The latest "prisoner swap" seems more a way to mainstream terrorists than to return an American soldier. There are consequences.

At the same time the president has been waging his personal promotion of Islam worldwide, he appointed to high level administration positions Muslims who were associated with radical offshoots of the Muslim Brotherhood. Moreover, The Investigative Project on Terrorism conducted a year-long investigation of the White House visitors logs, finding "scores of known radical Islamists made hundreds of visits to the [sic] White House, meeting with top administration officials. Court documents and other records have identified many of these visitors as belonging to groups serving as fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and other Islamic militant organizations." 

Domestically, statistics from the Bureau of Labor, Commerce Department, and Health and Human Services reveals big trouble. Over 92.5 million have given up on having a job. Some 9.8 million of the 154 million participating in the workforce are unemployed. Total unemployment, therefore, is 41.5% or approximately 102.3 million people, roughly a third of the US population. As of January 1, over 65 million were receiving Welfare, Food Stamps or Unemployment. So we have 144 million people (the employed labor force) supporting over 65 million plus another 37 million teetering on the edge of government assistance. Couple that with record national debt and there are big problems on the horizon.

Since June 2009, this nation has taken a terrible turn toward openly supporting the Muslim Brotherhood who seeks to unite the former Ottoman Empire--the Islamic Caliphate which was the last empire to rule over the Middle East for 623 years. These are the nations that unite to attack Israel in the Day of the Lord. The Lord God says in Zechariah 12:9, "And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem." We are currently experiencing the prophetic consequences of a bad leader. If we do not demand change, we will experience the requisite judgment.
