Impeaching Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Resolved, That Barack Hussein Obama Jr., President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following Articles of Impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:
Articles of Impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America, in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Article I
In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., in violation of his Constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his Constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has willfully corrupted and manipulated the executive branch to increase its power, and to destroy the balance of powers between the three co-equal branches of government, as established by the Constitution of the United States.
The means used to implement this course of conduct or scheme included one or more of the following acts:
(1) Shortly after being sworn in for his first term as President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., began creating new federal government departments, and appointing so-called “Czars” to oversee these departments. These Czars were never submitted to the United States Senate for approval, as required by Article 2, Section 2, of the Constitution. In addition, these Czars and the Departments that they supervise have budgets that are not subject to being controlled by the U.S. Congress, as provided for by Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution. He also made recess appointments when the U.S. Senate was not in recess, and these appointments were struck down by the United States Supreme Court.
(2) Article 2, Section 3, of the Constitution mandates that the President of the United States “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…” Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., in violation of his oath of office, has repeatedly ignored this Constitutional mandate, by refusing to enforce laws against illegal immigration, by refusing to defend in court the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), and by refusing to enforce Federal voting laws.
(3) Article 1 of the Constitution establishes the legislative branch of the U.S. government, and sets forth the powers of the Senate and House of Representatives to make laws. These powers are exclusive, and the Constitution does not grant the President the power to either make laws, or to amend them, on his own. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., has ignored these provisions, and he has made or changed laws, by either issuing unconstitutional executive orders, or by instructing governmental departments to take illegal and unconstitutional actions. Such specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
A. Ordering the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to implement portions of the Cap & Trade bill that failed to pass in the U.S. Senate.
B. Ordering implementation of portions of the “Dream Act,” that failed to pass in Congress.
C. Orchestrating a government takeover of a major part of the automobile industry in 2009.
D. Ordering a moratorium on new offshore oil and gas exploration, and new production, without the approval of Congress.
E. Signing an Executive Order, on March 16, 2012, giving himself, and the Executive branch extraordinary powers to control and allocate resources, such as food, water, energy, and health care resources, etc., in the interest of vaguely defined national defense issues. Implementation of the executive order would amount to a complete government takeover of the U.S. economy.
F. Signing an Executive Order, on July 6, 2012, giving himself and the Executive branch the power to control all methods of communications in the United States based upon a Presidential declaration of a national emergency.
G. Signing an Executive Order, on January 6, 2013, that contained 23 actions designed to limit the individual right to keep and bear arms guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
H. Amending portions of the Affordable Healthcare Act, and other federal laws passed by Congress, without Congressional approval, as required by Article 1 of the Constitution.
I. Issuing Executive orders in January, 2014, amending the (spell out name) (HIPPA) law to allow the turning over of confidential medical records to Federal agencies if there was any information in them that could be used to add individuals to the (spell out name) (NICS) list, to prohibit those persons from purchasing firearms.
J. Having the EPA impose regulations on the coal industry that will force many utility companies and coal mines out of business. This will cost the U.S. economy tens of thousands of jobs, and it will dramatically increase the cost of energy to the public. This is being done without Congressional approval.
K. Hindering the ability of the U.S. Border Patrol Agency to not only stop illegal immigration, but to stop human and drug trafficking.
L. Removing the work requirement from welfare reform legislation without Congressional approval.
Article II
(1) Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution mandates that, from time to time, the President “shall give to Congress information on the State of the Union….” Implicit in this is an obligation for the President to be truthful with the Congress, and the American people. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., has repeatedly violated his oath of office, and the requirements of the Constitution, by willfully withholding information on important issues, or actively taken part in misleading the Congress and the American people. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
A. Using Executive privilege to block Congress from obtaining documents relating to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ’s) Operation Fast and Furious, and the related death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
B. Had members of his administration provide false information about the act of terrorism committed in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012, and refusing to allow the U.S. State Department, and other federal agencies, to cooperate in the Congressional investigation of the incident.
C. Falsely labeled the mass murder of American soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas, as “workplace violence,” instead of the act of Islamic terrorism that it was.
D. Falsely labeling the IRS targeting of conservative and Christian groups as a “phony” scandal, and refusing to order an active pursuit of the investigation into who was ultimately responsible for the harassment.
E. Refusing to order an independent investigation of the actions of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and the DOJ in targeting the phone records of members of the news media.
F. Telling the American people, on a television show, that the National Security Agency (NSA) was not prying into the emails and phone calls of Americans, when the facts prove otherwise.
(2) The oath of office of the President of the United States requires him, or her, to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. This obviously includes what may be the most important part of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., has repeatedly violated his oath of office by seeking to limit both the individual rights, and the rights of the States, guaranteed in the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
A. Having the Department of Health and Human Services order religious institutions and businesses owned by religious families to provide their employees with free contraception and other services that are contrary to their religious beliefs. This is being done under the auspices of the Affordable Health Care Act and violates the religious freedom clauses of the First Amendment.
B. Having the military place restrictions on the religious freedom and freedom of speech of Chaplains and other members of the military, in order to favor gay rights advocates and atheists, in violation of the First Amendment.
C. Having the military place restrictions on the freedom of speech of members of the military, and civilian employees, of the Department of Defense (DOD), in violation of their rights under the First Amendment.
D. Using Executive orders and government agency actions to limit Second Amendment rights. This includes actions by the Veterans Administration to disarm American veterans without due process of law, as required by the Fifth Amendment.
E. Having the National Security Agency intercept and monitor the private communications of millions of Americans, without a court order, and in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
F. Joining with foreign governments in lawsuits against sovereign U.S. states to prohibit them from enforcing state and federal immigration laws. This is in violation of the Tenth Amendment.
G. Filing suits under the Voting Rights Act against sovereign U.S. states to prevent them from enforcing state and federal Voter ID laws, despite rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court upholding these laws. This is another violation of the Tenth Amendment, and of the separation of powers.
H. Having the IRS propose new regulations limiting the freedom of speech and the political activities during election cycles of conservative organizations, in violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
I. Having the FCC institute a plan to place government agents in newsrooms of radio and television stations, as well as in print media locations, to monitor whether they are providing the “proper” news content to the public, as subjectively determined by the Obama Administration, a direct violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
J. Having the U.S. Secretary of State sign the U.N. Small Arms Treaty, despite the opposition of a majority of the U.S. Senate, without submitting said treaty to the Senate, and with full awareness that the implementation of the treaty would violate the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.
(3) Under Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution, the President of the United States is the Commander in Chief of the United States military, and, as such, is responsible for using them in a manner that best serves the national security of the United States, and protects our military members from unnecessary risks and harm. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., has violated his oath of office in this regard. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
A. In the name of “political correctness,” he imposed unnecessary and dangerous rules of engagement on our troops in combat, causing them to lose offensive and defensive capabilities, and putting them in danger. Many American service personnel have been killed or wounded as a result of this policy.
B. Releasing the identity of American military personnel and units engaged in dangerous and secret operations, such as the killing of Osama bin Laden by Navy Seal team 6.
C. Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive power to declare war. Yet, without consulting Congress President Obama ordered the American military into action in Libya, the Congo, and other countries.
D. Having the U.S. Attorney General tell Secretaries of State of the various states that they do not have to comply with the Federal law requiring states to timely send absentee election ballots to military personnel.
In all of this, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., has undermined the integrity of his office, he has brought disrepute on the Presidency, he has betrayed his trust as President, and he has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.
Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

Declaration of Administrative Revision
Effective May 16, 2014
As patriotic Citizens, with unwavering faith in our Creator, Whose divine hand guided our founding fathers in composing the United States Constitution, we acknowledge that many in current leadership are willfully violating their Constitutional obligations or are complicit in the actions of others infringing the Rights of the People, including, but not limited to, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms, free and fair elections, right to counsel and due process of law.
Under the rights implicit in our People, as stipulated in the First Amendment, we hereby demand immediate Restoration of our Government under its intended Constitutional Principles, rule of law, freedom and personal liberty, and a return to government "of the people, for the people, by the people", free of despotic and tyrannical federal control.
To begin the recovery of our Rightful Government, we demand immediate, lawful, and orderly replacement of the following office holders: Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Harry Reid, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi, and Eric Holder according to the process allowed and stipulated in our Constitution.
As a mortal conflict in political philosophies requires that we declare the causes which impel them to expulsion:
We hold these truths as self-evident: all men are created equal, endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, essential among these: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
To secure these rights, our founders established a government of men bound by laws, deriving their just powers from the consent and authority of the governed.
It is also ordained, when any element or influence in government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to install only those who are dedicated to the Principles and Laws of our Republic, and who will abide strictly and respectfully by the words and spirit of their solemn Oath; using as their guide, all that shall be apparent to the governed, to protect the safety and happiness of the People.
Prudence dictates that our duly elected or appointed officials will not be removed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has proven that Americans have been more disposed to suffer slights and abuses which are sufferable, than to right themselves by impulsively correcting the manipulations to which they become accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce us under absolute despotism, it is our right, it is our duty, to throw off such offenders and provide new guardians of our future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States for Americans: and such is now the necessity, which constrains us to alter our composition of government. The history of the present Administration is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all with the direct objective, the apparent establishment of an absolute tyranny over those from which it derives its authority. To prove this, we submit the following charges:
1. This Administration refuses to assent to laws of the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
2. This Administration allows illegal immigration into the states to go unfettered, which imperils the security of the populace of the states.
3. This Administration endeavors to deny the population of the states their rightful security and sovereignty by obstructing the laws of naturalization of foreigners and its responsibility to secure our borders.
4. This Administration is obstructing the execution of justice by refusing to abide by the original Constitution and Bill of Rights enacted by the people of the United States.
5. The current Administration of the United States of America is operating outside the Constitution from which it derives its just authority to govern, and as such has ceased to support and defend our just and legal government.
6. This Administration interferes in the Judiciary’s process to rule without prejudice, disregarding the Rights and Powers the Constitution and the Bill of Rights specified as the sole inherent possession of the People of the United States.
7. This Administration has by-passed the Congress to erect a multitude of new offices, agencies, inappropriate authorities (czars) and sent said officers to harass our people and implement unlawful taxes, regulations, and strategies, aimed to take away our substance and impede our Rightful conduct of business.
8. This Administration has enabled the confiscation of personal property by redefining eminent domain, for the purpose of personal profit for political allies and increased taxes to local governments, to the detriment of the People, and in violation of their Public Trust.
9. This Administration denies freedom of speech and freedom of religion to certain political and religious groups in these States through implementation of unnecessary and punitive laws, and capricious departmental rules and regulation, established with impunity and without appropriate legislative representation.
10. This Administration has enacted laws and issued Executive Orders denying and inhibiting free expression in private communications.
11. This Administration enacts laws, and issues Executive Orders, taxing and arbitrarily punishing the people without the consent of the People of the sovereign States.
12. This Administration has not hesitated to murder the lesser of us with wanton disregard for Right and Due Process.
13. This Administration encourages and supports ideologies within its jurisdiction, foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws, giving assent by their acts of pretended legislation.
14. This Administration is limiting our military effectiveness by decreasing support for, and of, our military forces both in the states and in foreign lands.
15. This Administration imposes inappropriate, unlawful, and punitive taxes on us, to our detriment and without our consent.
16. This Administration imposes trade agreements with foreign governments where the sole benefit is for those governments and corporations and not the People or the States.
17. This Administration is guilty of negotiating and signing agreements in secret, or by obfuscation, with foreign governments where the purpose is to subjugate the Citizens of the United States of America to the laws of a foreign power, namely the United Nations.
18. This Administration holds the people of the United States subject to the mandates of said entity.
19. This Administration has made the people of the United States relinquish their sovereignty to said entity.
20. This Administration is dissolving and suborning our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering, fundamentally, our form of government.
21. This Administration allows foreign entities the power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever on a global scale.
22. This Administration encourages and permits foreign entities to limit our access to the seas for sustenance, research, and travel.
23. This Administration allows access to foreign governments our intellectual property which could be detrimental to the economic benefit, safety, and security of the people of the states.
24. This Administration allows foreign entities access to personal and private information pertinent to the population and industries of the states, in direct contradiction to our best interests.
25. This Administration encourages and supports foreign entities which threaten to subject the populace of the states to its foreign agency’s laws and regulations.
26. This Administration supports the Charter of the Organization of American States which upon this action the people of the United States became subjects of a foreign entity and subject to foreign laws.
27. This Administration subjects the people of the United States to the payment of monies to foreign entities without regard for entitlement, or logical justification, and in many cases contrary to our best interests and security.
28. This Administration has constrained our fellow Citizens, taken their homes, made laws, and allowed the States to make laws, which infringe our right to bear arms,
29. This Administration has excited domestic insurrection among us, seeking to divide us against ourselves in support of their political ends.
30. This Administration has endeavored to subjugate our free and independent people by addicting an ever increasing number of our population to the unsustainable national welfare state.
31. This Administration has endeavored to break the close ties that bind American families by intrusively inserting government into every facet of family life throughout the land.
32. This Administration has brought the United States of America to the brink of complete financial insolvency by design or through complete incompetence.
33. This Administration has created laws and rules to remove our freedoms of speech, religion, and peaceful assembly.
In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms; our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated assaults on our liberty and personal injury. Any administration, whose character is thus marked by every act which defines a tyranny, is unfit to serve a free people.
We have warned them, from time to time, of attempts by their legislature and usurpation of their authority, of their extension of unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here by our ancestors. We have appealed to their sense of republican justice and magnanimity; and we have conjured them by the ties of our supposed common kinship, to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too, have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, submit to the necessity of pronouncing their expulsion, and hold them, as we hold the rest of humankind, accountable for their crimes.
Resolved, then, we denounce and expel those acting in numerous areas contrary to the Constitution of The United States, and as such have ceased to be proponents and providers of a just Administration.
Therefore, We the People demand an immediate suspension of all bills in the national houses of legislature, not directly related to proper replacement of designated officials or necessary to maintain order, until vacated offices are filled, and normal operations resume under U.S. Constitutional authority.

until our demands are met.
