GOLF TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER VA IN OBAMA'S WAY OF THINKING

Too Bad VA Hospitals Aren’t Golf Courses: Obama Would Have demanded Immediate Attention and Care

by lisarichardsrocknrollpolitics  presedence
Our military veterans are dying in VA hospitals across America due to mistreatment and neglect.
We should rename the VA medical facilities golf course and then they will receive immediate attention by President Obama!
How bad is the abuse? Reports have found that
The Department of Veterans Affairs paid a combined $36.4 million to settle at least 167 cases related to delays in medical treatment, a new report alleges.

VFWs in 19 states are fighting back against the abuse of veterans: 40 veterans died from neglect in the Phoenix VA Hospital alone, but fear not, President Obama is “madder than hell” and he’s not going to take this anymore!
We might as well make our motto concerning veteran treatment "Suffer the Vets!"
Obama flew over the cuckoo nest yesterday with his academy award winning anger over the vicious mistreatment of our veterans:
If these allegations [of mistreatment] prove to be true, it is dishonorable, it is disgraceful and I will not tolerate it. Period. I will not stand for it. Not as commander-in-chief, but also not as an American. None of us should.
Obama’s shock and awe over the mistreatment of U.S. veterans made the U.S. bombing in Iraq look like a fireworks celebration!
What makes this  worse is Obama has known about the abuse since he was elected president.
The Washington Times reports that Obama was told by veteran’s affairs officials, right after he won the 2008 election, that VA medical facilities were in bad shape and veterans were being mistreated and have been for years.
Obama has been notified since 2008, but he has done nothing.
Last year, House Veterans Affairs Committee Chairman Rep. Jeff Miller, R. Fla., alerted the president to the abuse. In a letter dated May 21, 2013, House Veterans Affairs Committee Chairman Rep. Jeff Miller of Florida wrote:
Dear Mr. President: I am writing to bring to your attention an alarming pattern of serious and significant patient care issues at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) across the country. Recent events at the Atlanta, Georgia, VAMC provide a perfect illustration of the management failures, deceptions, and lack of accountability permeating VA’s healthcare system. …I believe your direct involvement and leadership is required. Senate appropriators moved legislation on Tuesday to address a scandal surrounding allegations the Department of Veterans Affairs used falsified data to hide delays in care for veterans. The Senate Appropriations subcommittee overseeing the VA included language in the 2015 spending bill for the department suspending bonuses for department officials until an investigation into the wait list affair is completed. The bill also includes a $5 million increase for the VA inspector general to look into the matter.
Leadership is only required on the putting green.
Information obtained from Veterans Affairs shows the despicable treatment of military veterans is nothing new, and sadly not many presidents have cared.
It should have been fixed under the Reagan Administration, but it was not. Forget Bill Clinton, he dodged the draft, so he hates the military, but veterans should have been given special attention by war hero and military veteran President George H. W. Bush, but all was neglected then as now.
Today’s veteran abuse  situation, however, is far more serious than previous administrations, because there are documents proving that Veterans Affairs spoke directly to President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, alerting both men of the abuse. They were given hard evidence, and Veteran Affairs begged this administration for help, but Obama ignored the pleas.
Too bad VA medical facilities aren't golf courses, Obama would have visited every, single VA and demanded proper care be given to the courses!
