Harvard University, one of the most well-respected Ivy League schools in the world, has responded to rumors that they would be hosting a Black Mass performed by the Satanic Temple on Monday. As it turns out, they weren’t rumors at all.
The idea that Ivy League students have sinister pacts with the devil is usually the stuff of b-movies, but on Monday, the Harvard Extension Cultural Studies Club will play host to a Black Mass, a ritual meant to invoke Satan while desecrating the Catholic sacrament, usually through stabbing, crushing, or sexually defiling a communion wafer.

Since images of the announcement flyer started making the rounds on Facebook, the Cultural Studies group has been inundated with complaints from concerned Christian groups fighting tooth and nail to get the event cancelled. One such complaint called the Black Mass “a deliberate attack on the most fundamental beliefs of Roman Catholicism“. The group, which had hosted Satanists with no problems in the past, responded:
Our purpose is not to denigrate any religion or faith, which would be repugnant to our educational purposes, but instead to learn and experience the history of different cultural practices. This performance is part of a larger effort to explore religious facets that continue to influence contemporary culture.
Of course, no amount of reason will quell the hundreds of people taking to internet comment sections to voice their fears that the black mass will summon literal demons from hell to wreak havoc upon Boston. Sounds awesome.

Praised be Jesus Christ and His Most Holy Mother! We apologize if this is repeat information for you, but we need to
have thousands and thousands of Catholics rise up, take a stand, and make heartfelt reparation for the following diabolical offense.
You may have heard that a "satanic black mass" will be taking place at Harvard University this coming Monday, May 12, at 8:30 p.m. - the day before the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima. The university is in full support of it, hiding behind the unconscionable excuse of "academia" and "free thought". Harvard University can be contacted via e-mail at president@harvard.edu or by calling (617) 495-1502. We have sent our e-mail and tried to call, but the office is closed on weekends and will reopen Monday morning. It would be great to have the President's office flooded with phone calls from concerned Catholics on Monday morning urging the university to condemn and disassociate itself with this event.
There is some dispute about whether an actual consecrated host will be used, as the university is saying that it will not be consecrated. Regardless, this is still demonic and is an affront to our dear Lord. And the poor souls who will be "participating" in this. . .we must pray very much for them for they gravely endanger themselves.
Finally, let us offer up acts of reparation and love to our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar starting right now, and particularly on Monday throughout the day. The time for this event will be at 8:30 p.m. They are on the same time as we are (here in Indiana).
Thank you for your help and for taking the time to read this. Please help spread the word. Remember that the three little children at Fatima were given those very special prayers of reparation to Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament. They seem particularly significant at this moment in the history of our Church and in the world:

Final clubs are secretive about their election procedures, and they have secret initiations and meetings. However, there is little secrecy about who is a member.
