Cold War Revisionism and the Defense of Obama’s Ukraine Blunder
There is an op-ed in the Washington Post by Mark Kramer, director of the Project on Cold War Studies at Harvard University, making the rounds today titled Five myths about the Cold War.

Like so many “Myth” themed pieces it is combination falsehoods and fields of burning straw men. Some of the myths aren’t even myths. In my view, if this actually represents the state of Cold War scholarship then four decades of American history have been as smoothly eradicated as anything contemplated by George Orwell. . . . please click here for the rest of the post ?

President’s Weekly Address: Overtime Woes And Class Warfare Foes
The President skipped a few Weekly Addresses recently because of the Ukraine troubles. It’s good that someone is finally holding those lazy Ukrainians accountable for something.

In this week’s address, the President is focusing on taking care of business and working overtime. Work out. He starts out by reminding us about his favorite new kind of year, the “of action” kind, and then points out that he’s working overtime (ha!) “with or without Congress” in case you have been deaf and blind and unconscious and dead for the last couple of months and missed his coronation. . . . please click here for the rest of the post ?

Mitch is in Trouble
This is a thing now. I even got a mentioned on MSNBC because it is such a thing. But this is by far the best version of that thing. . . . please click here for the rest of the post ?

DMCA reform should be balanced and not favor one side. Obama to give over the Internet to the UN.
Gotta love it when the left uncritically regurgitates Sprint’s misleading talking points when they’d be having a hysterical screaming fit in the event I did the same to support my views.

Sadly I was right in my predictions about Obama back when he first took office, and Marco Rubio was right. The Obama administration is handing over the Internet to the UN, a blow to liberty and a victory for dictators around the world.  . . . please click here for the rest of the post ?

52 Wisconsin Residents Purchased Obamacare Plans, Still Aren’t Insured
WKOW in Wisconsin ran this local news story this week about Wisconsin residents who have purchased plans through Obamacare but will soon find out they are not covered.

So, not only has HHS erroneously informed people that they are insured, the Department has no way of identifying or notifying these residents that they are not insured. All HHS can do is ask the private insurance companies to pick up the slack and hopefully find and notify the residents instead. . . . please click here for the rest of the post ?

*More* Democratic House retirements this week?
I will believe it when I see it, but that’s the buzz right now: “[CNN's John King was] told the Florida special election results were the last straw for at least two and perhaps more House Democrats facing tough 2014 races.” The problem with that is that it’s late for retirements; primary season has already started and at this point anybody who retires is going to put his or her party through an unseemly scramble to find a replacement. Pulling this on the Democratic party would be highly obnoxious, in other words; and while I don’t personally care I can still say that it’s not very professional to put your caucus through that sort of thing.  . . . please click here for the rest of the post ?
