Remember
when the United States was in the care of adults, when you could go
about your daily life confident the people in Washington was not about
to destroy your way of life with the wave of a pen? Those days are over
with the Obama administration; the teens have taken over and they are
destroying this country.
It is time for Dad to kick down the door, end this drunken party and to put the house back in order.

Tank) - All the talk about repealing and replacing Obamacare is now
apparently going to be backed up with potentially substantive
legislation that will be spearheaded by Texas Senator Ted Cruz (R)
During an appearance on Fox News’ with Megyn Kelly, Cruz stated that he
was going to release a plan to repeal Obamacare, and give Americans more
healthcare coverage options. Cruz, as well Senators Mike Lee and Marco
Rubio, have been at the forefront of the ‘Repeal Obamacare’ movement,
for which they had been excoriated for doing so, by Senate moderate John
McCain, and others.
Ironically,
Senator McCain has now flip-flopped on the issue, and is now supporting
repeal. I think its time for the old crow to fly south for the winter.
As hordes of drug
smuggling illegal aliens rape, murder and steal their way across
Arizona because of McCain's broken promise to "build that darn fence,"
he has the nerve to attack Ted Cruz for trying to protect the people
from the horrors of Obamacare. Amazing!
Besides, it was Obama who
had the discretion of where to cut spending during the shutdown, that
he caused by his obsession of ramming Obamacare down our throats.
McCain is a liar...
Sen. John McCain (AZ) lashed out at fellow Republican Sen. Ted Cruz (TX) on Thursday for causing a government shutdown that made it difficult for hungry residents in rural Arizona to get food.
Speaking at The Atlantic‘s
Washington Idea’s Forum, McCain responded to a question about his
differences with Cruz by saying he “admired and respected” the Texas
senator.
“Where
I disagree with Sen. Cruz — and I made this statement to him publicly
and privately — was shutting down the government injured the people my
state!” McCain said, becoming angry. “I am elected to represent them.”
He noted that one
community near the Grand Canyon had to have food flown in from food
banks during an October government shutdown that was instigated by Cruz
with the hope of repealing, defunding or delaying President Barack
Obama’s health care reform law.
“I
have to say, ‘Stop! You’re wrong, you’re crazy!’” McCain exclaimed.
“That’s what I have to say and if I sound angry, it’s because I have met
and talked to constituents of mine who are on minimum wage who had to
resort to go to food banks. I’m going to do everything in my power to
make sure that doesn’t happen again.”
Sen. John McCain suggested Thursday that
the Senate's majority leader may have an ulterior motive in the
standoff with Sen. David Vitter that's slowed the chamber to a crawl.
The
Arizona Republican suggested that the dispute between Majority Leader
Harry Reid, D-Nev., and Vitter, R-La., over an amendment requiring
disclosure about congressional staffers entering the new health care
exchanges under Obamacare could be a gambit to help forestall the
arrival of a floor debate on increased Iran sanctions.
"I
think [Reid] is using it as a rationale because it's clear that they
don't want a resolution concerning Iran and negotiations with Iran,"
McCain said.
Those
advocating for new sanctions against the Iranian regime over its
nuclear development have said the fiscal 2014 defense bill is the
logical place for the debate, since it's the next moving vehicle on the Senate floor, and it usually has a relatively open amendment process.
