In another campaign-style series
of speeches, our President is stumping across the nation employing
diversionary rhetoric to try to sweep the growing number of scandals
that have plagued his administration under the rug.
Since when did a terrorist attack, the deaths of 4 Americans including a U.S. Ambassador, and the subsequent deception of the American people by our President and his administration constitute a “phony scandal”?
Most Americans see through this spin and have realized that Barack Obama’s twisted rhetoric is the truly “phony” aspect of these scandals. We must continue calling for justice no matter what the White House says to escape accountability!

In several campaign-style stops designed to redirect attention from his serial failures of leadership, President Obama is calling on Congress to move beyond the “phony scandals” that have consumed their efforts. On Wednesday he said…
“With this endless parade of
distractions and political posturing and phony scandals, Washington has
taken its eye off the ball. And I’m here to say, this needs to stop.”
I am appalled that the President of the United States would dare to say that the targeting of his political opponents by a federal agency, the warrantless seizure of private emails and surveillance of private phone calls by a federal agency, and the blatant cover-up following a badly mishandled terrorist attack are “phony scandals.”
And that’s just a short list representing a litany of many, many more scandals on the part of an administration that was promised to be the most transparent presidency in American history!

Quit demeaning the American people; cease demonizing your political opponents; stop the race baiting and the divisive rhetoric; curb the socialistic redistribution of wealth and the appeasement of radical factions – and begin acting as a true statesman on behalf of the greatest nation on earth!
++The truth of the Benghazi debacle must be exposed!
Over the past few days I have asked you to fax congress – and fax them again – demanding that our lawmakers establish a Select Committee with the full empowerment of Congress to subpoena records and witnesses to uncover the truth behind Benghazi-gate and hold those responsible accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
I believe that we are at a crossroads right now with this investigation. If a Select Committee is not established soon, I expect that President Obama will continue to pound his “phony scandal” talking points into his media megaphones and once again win the battle to sway the thinking of the less-informed and gullible citizens of our nation.
++Right now, there is renewed vigor in our unified call for a Special Counsel!
Congressman Steve Stockton has filed a discharge petition to force a vote in the House of Representatives to consider HR 36 – the bill to establish a Select Committee to fully investigate the Benghazi massacre, as authored by Congressman Frank Wolfe, a champion in the call for a Benghazi investigation.
Speaker Boehner, do the right thing and bring HR-36 to a floor vote. Establish a Select Committee!
Over the next few hours, please take a moment to send faxes to Congress, which will include Speaker Boehner and your Nevada senators and representative, as well as other key congressional leaders. Now is the time to barrage the halls of Congress with our message!
