Officeholder Fraudulently Took $58K in Federal Disability Payments

Raymond E. Salva, a former Democratic member of
the Missouri House of Representatives, has pleaded guilty to illegally taking
$58,816 in federal disability payments while he was working as a state
legislator earning $30,000 a year, according to the Office of the Inspector
General of the Social Security Administration.
