DEMAND YOUR CONGRESSPERSON CO-SPONSOR AND VOTE YES ON HR 410

Submitted by: Nancy Battle

We the people need to contact our U. S. Representatives and ask that they co-sponsor this bill. If you will click on the link and read the first part of the bill you will learn that this bill will take back our rights that have been taken from us by Executive Orders.

Please act now.

A Bill has finally been introduced, H.R. 410, Restore the Constitution Act of 2013 (http://beta.congress.gov/bill/113th-congress/house-bill/410/text?q=H.R.%20410), which strikes down the President's Executive Orders which trample the Constitution by nullifying the authority of Congress and the Second Amendment.  The President should not be allowed by Congress to grant himself kingship via Executive Orders.  Congress is meant to be the will of the people under the protection of the Constitution and all its Amendments.  ALL Presidents and members of Congress take an oath of office to "Preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."  To break that oath is to be outside the scope of one's office and to be liable to criminal prosecution.

President Obama campaigned on the promise of "fundamental change," but subverting the authority of the Constitution to slowly install a Shariah-compliant, Socialist/Communist government is beyond the scope of his office.  Unfortunately, the one to investigate and prosecute the President, United States Attorney General Eric Holder, is complicit in President Obama's agenda and will not be doing his job.

It is up to Congress to restore the Constitution as the supreme law of the land and to investigate, prosecute, and impeach President Obama for his treasonous actions.  This Bill needs to be expanded to include the entire Constitution and ALL Amendments to the Constitution to ensure no further actions or future presidents attempt what President Obama is doing.  Initial support is not enough, this Bill needs to be expanded and passed into law quickly in order to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.
