The U.S. Supreme Court's mad rush to impose homosexual marriage on America -- by judicial fiat -- may finally awaken the pastors of America. What's becoming increasingly clear, live according to traditional, Biblical values and Activists Judges will assault you by imposing their secular, moral judgments on marriage, the mother's womb, prayer and Bible reading, the rights of parents over minors, divorce, viewing of Ten Commandments, distinction between male and female, banning the Pledge of Allegiance, etc...

   

"Separation between church and state" -- there is no such clause in the Constitution, made up from whole cloth to keep the conservative, Biblical churches from registering and voting.  

America was founded by Christians  -- The Mayflower Compact, "Having undertaken, for the Glory of God and advancement of the Christian faith"; Jamestown arrivees -- "Wee, greately commending and graciously accepting of theire desires to the furtherance of soe noble a worke which may, by the providence of Almightie God, hereafter tende to the glorie of His Divine Maiestie in propogating of Christian religion..." -- erected a cross, took communion, and worshiped Jesus. "God will never have it forgotten that the Cross is the basis for all blessing." A.W. Pink  So blessed has been America, so wondrous the call to the nations, "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free", and so important its mission, "for the Glory of God and advancement of the Christian faith" that we have forgotten virtue is a key component of freedom. "Righteousness exalts a nation, sin is a reproach to any people." Proverbs 14:34. The glory of a nation lies in its righteousness, not in its wealth or power.

The Bible presents the conundrum, what to do when the foundations are destroyed?  After 400 years Germany -- the land of the Protestant Reformation -- discovered the consequences of leaving God, 1933-1945.   Eric Metaxes, Bonhoeffer, "On January 30, 1933, at noon, Adolf Hitler became democratically elected chancellor of Germany. The land of Goethe, Schiller, and Bach would now be led by someone who consorted with crazies and criminals, who was often seen carrying a dog whip in public. The Third Reich had begun." Comparing pre-WWII Germany to present day America is no stretch, Germany had lost its Christian heritage and then its culture. Martin Luther translated the Bible from the Greek to German in 1522, then Hebrew to German in 1534. Metaxes, "German culture was inescapably Christian. This was a result of the legacy of Martin Luther, the Catholic monk who invented Protestantism. Looming over the German culture and nation like both a father and a mother, Luther was to Germany something like what a Moses was to Israel; in his lusty, cranky person were the German nation and Lutheran faith wonderfully and terribly combined. Slowly Reich Chancellor Hitler began the eradication of anything Christian, Inside Hitler's Germany, Life Under The Third Reich, "The Nazis were forced to tolerate religion in Germany, but as Martin Bormann exclaimed: 'National Socialism and Christianity are irreconcilable.' Hitler supported this view, stating: 'One day we want to be in a position where only complete idiots stand in the pulpit and preach to old women.'...As part of this attack, the Nazis also changed the calendar to downplay Christian celebrations and emphasize non-Christian ceremonies. Christians in America are to blame, we have sinned.   "Politicians are actors performing a script that is written by the audience." Russell Kirk--Politically this is where Evangelicals have failed in the Republic handed to us by the Founders. The audience controls the stage, Evangelicals don't get it.   Most Evangelical leaders have integrity and are spiritually solid -- but of the 4-5 most visible who have run for office -- one Christian leader ran for the U.S. Senate in his home State and received less than 10% of the vote, one Christian leader ran for President and received less than 1% of the vote, one ran for President and didn't show at all, and another ran for President and received less than 10% of the vote.    It's as if our Christian political leaders are playing checkers when the actual game is chess -- the game is played on the same board, but it is a totally different game, with different pieces and strategy.

Our "inside the beltway" Christian leaders mindset is that 1.) calling press conferences, 2.) mass distribution of press releases, and 3.) getting a shout-out on the Evening News is meaningful in political currency; that approach is actually public relations: which is useful for boosting your reputation, improving your image, increasing your awareness and self-promotion...but no 'political scalps' are nailed on the wall with this approach.    In the political economy, the actual currency is:   how many $'s can you raise to impact the process how many votes can you bring to the table "Politicians are actors performing a script that is written by the audience". There is "No Fear" of the teeny-weeny stick that Evangelicals bring to the political fight. We must begin hanging 'political scalps' on the wall and be marked as a grave threat to those that are doing this to our country;  America will then begin to turn. The one thing that politicians skillfully do is count, they instinctively smell and recognize political danger and ruin; America will only turn when Evangelicals begin hanging 'political scalps' on the wall. The U.S. Supreme court imposing homosexual marriage by judicial decree last week is an insult to His honor; and to the Founders of America.   Where did these judicial gods find the right to same-sex marriage in the Constitution? Edmund Burke, "An ignorant man, who is not fool enough to meddle with his clock, is however sufficiently confident to think he can safely take to pieces, and put together at his pleasure, a moral machine of another guise, importance, and complexity, composed of far other wheels, and springs, and balances, and counteracting and co-operating powers. Men little think how immorally they act in rashly meddling with what they do not understand. Their delusive good intention is no sort of excuse for their presumption." These conceited fools, in contrast to strict constructionists, are fixed in the correctness of their own opinion, and "fools who despise wisdom and instruction".

The Constitution rests on a foundation -- "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people."              John Adams The Court's misuse of power -- by judicial fiat -- will bring on ruinous consequences, which eventually leads to rebellion and revolution. What is the antidote to withstand the tyrannical, despotic judicial gods in America? The course taken by the Supreme Court last week leads to anarchy, virtue is a key component of freedom. ...the structure of American society is being demolished brick by brick; razed by merciless, obsessed secularists. Mark Twain's education -- "The man who carries a cat by the tail learns something that can be learned in no other way." -- best explains the testing coming to a city near you. Proverbs 26:3, "A whip for the horse, a bridle for the donkey, and a rod for the fool's back." Dr. Michael V. Fox, "'Beasts' have means of discipline and control that best suit them...dumb beasts who (it it assumed) can learn only by pain." America is going to learn that freedom requires truth and virtue, that righteousness exalts a nation, and that the way of the transgressor is hard.

Let's be crystal clear --

"But without faith it is impossible to please God." Hebrews 11:6 -- if America is to turn, to be restored to her Judeo Christian heritage and a Christian culture reestablished, it will be done by faith, by the intervention of the Living God.

Without faith it is impossible, not unlikely, to please Him.
