Comment: We stopped paying any attention to Williams' "thought process" some time ago. We only read this to see if perhaps he came to any senses. Regrettably, he has not and is in error on all counts regardless of how many cases he fauxly cites.
First, "can" BHO be impeached is a secondary question. That said, Devvy is right on that issue; Williams is not...yet again...keeping his record intact. The real question is... "Would" he be impeached?
As our readers know, we say that would only happen IF "the other side" wants it to happen so they then can dismiss the action and acquit him, thereby giving him full "congressional" legitimacy and, ergo, bypassing all related "eligibility" actions.
But, Conviction? NEVER HAPPEN...without which "impeachment" is more than useless; it will destroy the country. And if he doesn't know why (having cited "impeachment and conviction"), then he shouldn't waste Patriots' time with such divisive columns. In short, again agreeing with Devvy, any action that does not result in "null and void" is playing a loser's game.

Even with our failed government education system high drop out rates—more money is spent on illegal aliens than college bound, decent students. Teachers are using the classroom for liberal/union propaganda and many students are given diplomas but can barely function. With all that, we still have high standards. Now the Feds have decided to dumb down education, end standardized testing that is accurate—and forcing us to use untested education “policies” like Common Core—which will also add to the cost of education, while providing a lower quality.
Now you know why government education is bad for children and other living things.
