Islamic Scriptural Mandates For Muslims Regarding Non-Muslims

In order to establish the incontrovertible fact that Islam is, and always has been since its founding, at war with all civilizations and societies that are not ruled under Islamic Sharia law, excerpts from the primary Islamic source documents, the Quran and Sharia, are quoted below in italics.
The Quran Note: Information in parentheses “( )” is explanatory interpretation in the original source translation, while information in brackets “[ ]” is explanatory interpretation added by author. 

2:216: “Fighting has been enjoined upon you while it is hateful to you. But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not” [Allah has decreed that Jihad is the duty of every Muslim, regardless of personal desires, because Allah knows the value of things better than his followers do].
5:33: “Indeed, the penalty for those  [non-Muslims] who wage war against Allah and His Messenger[Muhammad] and strive upon earth (to cause) corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment . . .”
5:48: “And We [Allah] have revealed to you, (O Muhammad), the Book in truth [Quran], confirmingthat which preceded it of the Scripture [the Jewish and Christian Old & New testaments] and as a criterion [domination] over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth [that is, reject Jewish and Christian theologies]. To each of you We [Allah] prescribed a law [Islamic Sharia] and a method [Five Pillars of Islam].”
5:51: “O you, who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are (in fact) allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is (one) of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing [Jewish and Christian] people.”
8:12: “When your Lord inspired [announced]  to the angels, ‘I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved (in Islam), so strike (them) upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip’."
8:39: "And fight them [non-Muslims] until there is no fitna [disbelief, or the disorder that results from unbelief] and (until) the religion, all of it, is for Allah.”  
8:59: " And let not those who disbelieve (in Allah) think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure (to Allah).”  
9:5:  “And when the sacred months [four periods during the year when tribal warfare was forbidden by mutual tribal agreement on the Arabian peninsula in Muhammad’s time] have passed, then kill the polytheists [Christians who believe in the Trinity, animists, and idolators] wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakat [which is charity only for fellow Muslims, and/or funding for jihad], let them (go) on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. [Kill those who do not receive Islam as their faith, but spare those who convert to Islam.]” 
9:29:  “Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day [Islamic eschatology] and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger [Muhammad] have made unlawful [that is, do not practice Islamic Sharia jurisprudence] and who do not adopt the religion of truth [Islam] from those[Jews and Christians] who were given the Scripture  [the Jewish and Christian Old & New testaments] – (fight) until they give the jizya [Muslim submission tax for non-Muslims] willingly while they are humbled.” 
9:73: “O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers [non-Muslims] and the hypocrites [unfaithful Muslims]and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination.” 
9:111: " Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties (in exchange) for that they will have Paradise [a heavenly brothel with unlimited sex and wine for eternity]. They fight in the cause of Allah [against non-Muslims], so they kill and are killed.”
 9:123: " O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers [non-Muslims] and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous.” 
24:52: And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger [Muhammad]  and fears Allah and is conscious of Him - it is those who are the attainers [victors]. [The triumphalism contained in this sura is the main article of Islamic faith because Muslims believe that Allah’s guarantee that Islam will rule the earth justifies their suicide sacrifice in jihad.]. 
45:18: “Then We [Allah] put you, (O Muhammad), on an ordained way [Islamic Sharia law] concerning the matter (of religion); so follow it and do not follow the inclinations of those who do not know [non-Muslims].” 
47:4: “So when you meet those who disbelieve (in battle), strike (their) necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either (confer) favor afterwards or ransom (them) until the war lays down its burdens. That (is the command).” 
61:9:  “It is He [Allah] who sent His Messenger [Muhammad] with guidance and the religion of truth[Islam]  to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it [even though the infidels may resist].” 
98:6: “Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture [“People of the Book” who are Jews and Christians] and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures.” 
SHARIA o9.0 JIHAD [Islamic Sharia: the code of law derived from the Quran and from the teachings and example of Mohammed; the body of doctrines that regulate all aspects of the lives of those who profess Islam.] 
O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. 
The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus is such Quranic verses as: 
(1) “Fighting is prescribed for you [Muslims]'' (Quran 2:216); 
(2) “Slay them [non-Muslims] wherever you find them'' (Quran 4:89); 
(3) “Fight the idolators [non-Muslims] utterly'' (Quran 9:36); 
and such hadiths [reports of statements or actions of Muhammad] as the ones related by Bukhari and Muslim [two biographers of Muhammad] that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:    
“I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat [which is charity only for fellow Muslims, and/or funding for jihad]. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah''; and the hadith reported by Muslim, 
“To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it . . .”
 THE OBLIGATORY CHARACTER OF JIHAD
 o9.1 Jihad is a communal obligation . . . "He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad . . .”
 o9.2 Jihad is personally obligatory upon all those present in the battle lines . . . 
 o9.3 Jihad is also obligatory for everyone able to perform it, male or female, old or young . . . 
 WHO IS OBLIGED TO FIGHT IN JIHAD
 o9.4 Those called upon to perform jihad when it is a communal obligation are every able bodied man who has reached puberty and is sane . . .
 THE OBJECTIVES OF JIHAD
 o9.8 The caliph [the civil and religious leader of a Muslim state considered to be a representative of Allah on earth] makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya) [Muslim submission tax for non-Muslims]  . . . in accordance with the word of Allah Most High, "Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day [Islamic eschatology] and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden [that is, do not practice Islamic Sharia jurisprudence]  - who do not practice the religion of truth [Islam] . . . until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Quran 9.29) . . .
 o9.9 The caliph fights all other peoples [secular atheists, Hindus, Buddhists, aminists, and idolators]until they become Muslim . . . .

Analyzing Islamic Scriptural Mandates For Muslims Regarding Non-Muslims

There are 109 verses (suras) in the Quran that call for Muslims to war on non-Muslims in order to install the total dominance of Islam over all other belief systems, secular and religious, worldwide. The seventeen Quranic verses quoted above are only a sample of some of the often-cited suras that urge Muslims to subdue non-Muslims in order to establish Islam’s unchallenged supremacy. As is very apparent, some of these Islamic supremacy suras are quite graphic in describing the bodily mutilations that Muslims should inflict on non-Muslims on the way to establishing Allah’s kingdom on earth. The excerpts from the Islamic Sharia law give added emphasis and force to the Quranic sura mandates.
Furthermore, Muhammad is considered by faithful Muslims to be “the perfect man,” who should be imitated by all Muslims. Therefore, in the Islamic Sharia where Muhammad is quoted as saying, “I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah,” Muslims are being exhorted by their jurisprudence and code of living to follow Muhammad’s example and participate in jihad in order to establish the dominance of Islam through adherence to the laws of Islam (Quran suras 5:48 & 45:18), that is, to the Islamic Sharia. Since, according to Islamic doctrine, the Allah-dictated Islamic Sharia cannot be subordinate to any man-conceived legal system; therefore, the Sharia and the U.S. Constitution are inherently irreconcilable adversarial legal systems and codes for living.

President Obama’s Counterfactual Statements About Islam

"America and Islam are not exclusive and need not be in competition. Instead, they overlap, and share common principles of justice and progress, tolerance and the dignity of all human beings."
"I made clear that America is not - and never will be - at war with Islam."
"Islam is not part of the problem in combating violent extremism - it is an important part of promoting peace."
“. . . throughout history, Islam has demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality."
"Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance."
"So let there be no doubt: Islam is a part of America."
"These rituals remind us of the principles that we hold in common, and Islam’s role in advancing justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings."
"As a student of history, I also know civilization's debt to Islam."
"In ancient times and in our times, Muslim communities have been at the forefront of innovation and education."
“. . . if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we'd be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world".

Conclusion 

It is impossible for any honest, intelligent person to read the quotes from the Quran and Islamic Sharia above and conclude that President Obama is telling them the truth about Islam. In fact, contrary to Obama’s assertion, we are at war with Islam because Islam has been at war with all non-Islamic civilizations and societies that are not under the Sharia legal system since the religion’s inception and Muhammad declared, “I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.” According to Islamic Sharia law, once subdued by the “soldiers of Allah,” the non-Muslim has only three options: 1) convert to Islam; 2) submit, acknowledge the superiority Islam by paying annual jizya, which is “extortion-protection money,” or 3) fight to the death.
Muslims who undertake Islamic jihad do not become “radicalized,” they simply become religious Muslims who are carrying out Islam’s basic purpose, which is to Islamize the world through imposition of the Islamic Sharia law. The Sharia and the U.S. Constitution are incompatible.
President Obama’s dishonest depiction of a benign Islam that he has presented to the American people is utterly false. The unanswered question for U.S. national security is: Why?
