FEDERAL CRIMINALITY AT WORK

Submitted by: Walter F Kirkpatrick

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents placed Mr. Darren Wesley Huff under arrest on Friday, 30 April 2010 based solely upon the sworn affidavit of FBI Special Agent Mark A. Van Balen dated the previous Monday, 26 April 2010 (attached as a .pdf record).

The federal arrest warrant secured and executed in Mr. Huff's case was the work product of Van Balen's sworn affidavit only.

Van Balen claims in his sworn statement (beginning on page 4) that "on April 20, 2010, [Van Balen] was present in a Command Post in Madisonville, TN, where [Van Balen] was informed by law enforcement officers who were reporting that Huff and several individuals were in the possession of openly displayed and concealed firearms and were at the time present [with Mr. Huff] outside the [Madisonville] County General Sessions Court located in the Beecher Witt Government Building."

Note well Van Balen saw none of this personally. All Van Balen claims was that he received reports from officers in the field. Van Balen left out the names of the reporting law enforcement officers and Van Balen left out the agencies these officers worked for.

There are no field reports in existence from any law enforcement officer regarding the events on the ground in Madisonville, TN on Tuesday, 20 April 2010 recording one-on-one contact between any law enforcement officer and any civilian on that Tuesday!

It is consequently impossible for Van Balen to claim, under sworn oath, that '[Darren Huff] had travelled interstate with one or more weapons to accomplish [Huff's] planned takeover of a courthouse and/or arrests of persons together with more than three persons.

It is consequently impossible for Van Balen to further claim that Van Balen personally knew "that on April 20, 2010 there were over a dozen armed members of this loose knit group who had assembled [at the General Sessions Courthouse] with the stated intent to effect the citizens arrest warrants that had been issues by FITZPATRICK and/or take over the courthouse if it was deemed necessary" (see page 8 of Van Balen's sworn statement).

Van Balen lied.

Over and over Van Balen lied!

No law enforcement officer ever made first contact with a civilian on 20 April 2010 to discuss anything.

Certainly no FBI agent!

Moreover, Mr. Huff never arrived and was never present at the General Sessions Courthouse on that Tuesday morning, 20 April 2010.

Mr. Huff didn't make it that far.

After the Tennessee Highway Patrol pulled over Mr. Huff in a felony stop just off Exit 60 from
I-75, and then let him proceed, Mr. Huff made it no further than Donna's Old Town Cafe in Madisonville, blocks away from the General Sessions Courthouse.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: As of Monday, 26 April 2010, the date Van Balen submitted his sworn statement, no FBI agent had been in contact with any person who was in Madisonville, TN on 20 April 2010.

It was only afterwards, after 20 April 2010, that the FBI deployed agents into the field to attempt to make Van Balen's statement and bogus case against Mr. Huff work.

It was at this time, 3-years ago, that FBI agents first began to conduct interviews of civilians who were in Madisonville on 20 April 2010.

DAYS AFTER 20 APRIL 2010! AND DAYS AFTER VAN BALEN'S SWORN STATEMENT!

I expect statement #12 in the series of personal statements so far collected and submitted over the past two weeks (to Editor Johnson) to be in hand by Tuesday of this coming week.

In transitioning from personal statements to focus on official law enforcement statements I know have been created, and in review of my notes, I had occasion to email Mr. John Ivens yesterday with questions, the answers to which I hoped would refresh my memory.

Mr. Ivens and I exchanged correspondence, yesterday, precisely 3-years to the day after the FBI interviewed Mr. Ivens regarding the circumstances of 20 April 2010. Our exchanged emails are copied and pasted below.

The earliest FBI contact with a citizen who was in Madisonville on 20 April 2010 is Sunday evening, 2 May 2010. The interview took place in Georgia. FBI agent Marcus Veazey approached Mr. M.J. "Zeb" Blanchard as Zeb recounts in Zeb's sworn statement previously submitted (to Editor Johnson).

Next morning, Monday, 3 May 2010, two FBI agents were knocking at the door of Mr.& Mrs. Bert and Helen Thurston (my landlords at the time), 'bout 150-feet from my doorstep. I was not approached that day.

After interviewing the Thurston's, the same two FBI agents traveled to Mr. Ivens residence to conduct their afternoon interview with John (the Thurston's and Mr. Ivens describe the same two men identically).

In Georgia, out of the Atlanta office, FBI agent Jason Harris interviewed Messrs. Carl Swensson and Jim Renn at 1400 and 1500 hours EDT respectively on the afternoon of 3 May 2010. LINK

FBI agent Mike Harrell interviewed Pastor Jim Headings about this same time (I have no further details tonight).

And the FBI showed up at Mr. Doyle Pritchard's residence in the same week of 3 May 2010. I have no further details (tonight) than are found in Mr. Pritchard's sworn statement (previously submitted.

In Georgia, out of the Atlanta office, FBI agent Jason Harris interviewed Messrs. Carl Swensson and Jim Renn at 1400 and 1500 hours EDT respectively on the afternoon of 3 May 2010. LINK

Also in Georgia the FBI interviewed Sergeant of Marines William Loomin about this time (I have no more details about Sergeant Loomin's interview at this time).

And in closing, need it be said, through all of this (and more), no one ever turned out being a "domestic terrorist," no one turned out to be a "sovereign citizen," and no civilian citizen was ever discovered to have been carrying a gun in Madisonville, TN on Tuesday, 20 April 2010!

NO ONE!

Working with The FOGBOW GANG, the FBI MANUFACTURED THE TERRORIST EPISODE KNOWN AS THE MADISONVILLE HOAX!

More regarding these matters in the coming week.

MR. IVENS' 3 MAY 2013 EMAIL RESPONSE TO ME

"Mr. Fritzpatrick,

"I am sorry, but I don't remember the agents names. One was white and one was black and they were in there 30's. The main thing I remember about their visit was their inpression that all of us that came to Madisonville  were armed and that we intended to "take over the town". I told them that neither  of those statement were true.  And that if they had been told  that  by someone, that person had lied to them.  You were suppose to send me your address so I can mail you  the letter  we spoke about earlier today.

"Thanks,

John R. Ivens"
