Comment: As many of you know, this is exactly what we said might happen.  The only question is "Who would do it"?   If you've been reading our newsbriefer, other newsletters/alerts, you might have noticed that things were going in that direction.  And that does NOT mean that they feel the definition is the same as yours, which was a main reason of our national poll of Congresscritters, Constitutional Experts, Attorneys, others and for our other poll of our readers/associates for their definition.  Be really careful here...and please send us YOUR definition of "natural born citizen" if not done so yet...and contact YOUR Congresscritters for their definition.  Rememeber, at least the Congresscritters are "supposed" to represent you; SCOTUS does not.

     This is not a joke.  McCain, Rubio and Lindsay Graham believe we should wait five years to see if border security under their amnesty plan works.  Then, their bill would set up a “Commission” to study the problem.  Can they be serious?  We know the problem—the failure of the government enforcing our immigration laws.  The problem is the Obama administration halting the deportation of 73,000 criminals, set for deportation—including his Aunt and Uncle!
     Their bill has more waivers and exemptions than even ObamaCare.  Almost immediately one million criminals from other nations can apply for citizenship.  Then, they can have relatives from other nations join them here—for citizenship.  This bill makes a mockery of our laws—but isn’t that the purpose of the Gang of Eight and Obama?
     Prediction:  McCain does not run for re-election, Graham, if he runs is defeated in the primary—and Rubio can put away his presidential hopes. “On page 14, Section 4 of the bill, it states that if the Department of Homeland Security certifies that it “has not achieved effective control in all high risk border sectors during any fiscal year beginning before the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, not later than 60 days after the date of certification there shall be established a commission to be known as the ‘Southern Border Security Commission.’”  See the full story by clicking on the blue headline

IRS Sued for Extending ObamaCare Subsidies to Ineligible Individuals   May 4, 2013 - by Michael Tennant
      ObamaCare is once more being taken to court. Unlike previous lawsuits, which challenged the Affordable Care Act (ACA) itself, this suit, coordinated by the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), contests the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) interpretation of a key provision of the law — an interpretation the plaintiffs say unfairly subjects more individuals and employers to the ACA’s mandates.
      “The IRS rule we are challenging is at war with the Act’s plain language and completely rewrites the deal that Congress made with the states on running these insurance exchanges,” said Michael Carvin, partner at Jones Day, who is representing the plaintiffs in the lawsuit. (Carvin previously co-argued the ObamaCare cases before the Supreme Court.)
      That “deal,” the lawsuit explains, was this: Congress gave each state the option of establishing its own insurance exchange or letting the federal government do it. Residents of states that chose to create exchanges would then be eligible for federal subsidies for the purchase of insurance on those exchanges. Residents of states that went the federal route, on the other hand, would not be eligible for such subsidies.

GANGS: No. 1 reason why 'immigration reform' is suicide (make this viral)
     I know there is a general feeling that the Boston bombers changed the playing field in the US in the immigration debate. Suddenly, Rand Paul backed off of his amnesty plan after that tragedy.
      But terrorism is just a scratch compared to the number of people killed every day on our streets, many of them by dangerous gang members. Yet no one dares to report on this because it is non PC.
Please see the attached doc for details on gangs. No author ever comes out and states it, but you can read between the lines and see that these are mostly foreign, mostly Latino.
      If you need more and better confirmation, check out the table at this site showing links between gangs and crime organizations. Mexicans top the list, accounting for SEVERAL TIMES the number of all other, followed by more Latinos, notably Dominicans and Colombians. There is no gang listed that is clearly distinguishable as made up of American citizens. Only 'other organized crime' comes close, and they account for only about 7%.
      Sanctuary cities are infested with these dangerous gangs because they refuse to report them to ICE. Needless to say, Obama is not deporting them either.
      They are growing exponentially, so in a few years, you may need to put bars on your windows and use steel doors as they do in Latin America (yes, we have them here in our home in Panama).
      PLEASE CALL YOUR SENATOR TODAY AND TELL HIM NOT TO DARE VOTE FOR 'IMMIGRATION REFORM.'
      Deportation is the only way. We spend much more money on securing Afghanistand and Iraq. Deportation is the best investment we can make at this time. It will not only make you more secure but also protect your job.      Tell your senator to secure YOU for a change, never mind Syria and Afghanistan!

    Potential recipients are lured with free food, gift packages for themselves and even their pets, and told “you deserve it.” Some states host SNAP-themed bingo games, others distribute fliers that read: “Be a patriot. Bring your food stamp money home.” Still other states throw food stamp parties where new recipients sign up en masse at the gift giveaway tables. Recruiters, functioning as commission sales reps, actually have quotas to fill — at least 150 new people a month. It matters not that one Florida husband and wife, just completing  nine holes of golf — clubs still on their cart — showed up and were signed up.
To help enroll more seniors, the government has even published an outreach guide instructing on “blending compassion with sales techniques,” generating some — but not enough —  protests in Congress. The guide teaches recruiters how to “overcome the word ‘no,’” even suggesting answers for likely hesitations:      LINK
