Recommendation: The owners should give 100% total control of CNN, including bottom line responsiibility, to Roland Martin  That should put CNN where it belongs...and fast.

Law enforcement intelligence-processing fusion centers have long come under attack for spying on Americans. The Arkansas director wanted to clarify the truth: centers only spies on some Americans – those who appear to be a threat to the government.

Question: Do you know what the generally-accepted, perceived definition is of "natural born citizen", which our presidents must be per Our Constitution?  Especially as it pertains to Senators Cruz and Rubio particulars? Not sure?
    Well, have you requested that information from your own Congressmembers yet?...after all, who should know better, right? They are the ones being well paid with taxpayer money to represent you, deal daily with our laws, the Constitution, etc., right?

      If you’re upset that congressional approval of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 can send you away to military prisons and be tortured in America, don’t worry — it could be worse.
      The US could send you somewhere else.
      No, really. They could. And they can. Anywhere else, too. Really.   While the bill that left Capitol Hill last week and awaits authorization from US President Barack Obama allows for the United States to indefinitely detain and torture American citizens suspected of aiding enemy forces, one provision in the bill specifies that that detention doesn’t necessarily have to occur domestically — nor does it have to be in a foreign prison run by the US.    Full article

     A bill is heading to Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper’s desk that Republican lawmakers say would give members of the Secret Service broad arrest powers in the state and could provide a framework for federal agents eventually to enforce gun restrictions. “This is absolutely insane,” Rep. Lori Saine, R-Dacono, said. “In theory if a Secret Service agent is in a county where the sheriff has refused to enforce some of the recent unenforceable gun laws, the agent could arrest an individual if he believes the law has been broken.”
     The idea actually aligns with an Obama agenda to create vast new restrictions and regulations on guns. WND has reported that hundreds of sheriffs nationwide, including many in Colorado, have said they cannot enforce federal restrictions that would violate the Second Amendment.
