   A handicapped woman in western Ohio has to battle the freezing winter weather this weekend because she refused to allow the local power company to install a “smart meter” on her property
Brenda Hawk has a pacemaker for her heart and because her was brain injured in a car accident, she requires a breathing machine in order to sleep at night. She does not want the radio-frequency emitting new meter because of the health problems these devices have been said to cause. American Electric Power AEP-Ohio, the local power company has persisted in their push to swap out Hawk’s analog meter and replace it with the new one.  LINK

Comment: Here's the issue from my perspective. Even if we did justify in our own minds that the children could be "citizens", it would open a crack in the illegal immigration pathway of relatives and others (which right now is large and becoming more so).  OK, so let's say they are decreed "citizens", does that then ipso facto make the parent(s) legal immigrants (amnesty), bypassing deportation? And then all bypass too the proper Visa applicants? There are others; that's just one.

     Last month, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), defying a court order, mandated that petroleum companies must add 14 million gallons of cellulosic ethanol to gasoline, in spite of the fact that commercial quantities of cellulosic ethanol do not exist. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia decided in favor of the American Petroleum Institute, which sued the EPA, deciding that the EPA “exceeded its authority by requiring refiners to purchase cellulosic biofuel despite the fact the next-generation fuel is not commercially available.”   LINK
