Hey...to those of us incapable of thinking...thinking for ourselves, that is, this line of propaganda would sure seem to make sense. Just look at how many lines of text it took to make their point.
May I respectfully suggest to those who are not on intellectual life-support...
It is we the sovereign* inhabitants of this nation who define who we are.
It is we the sovereign inhabitants of this nation who will define who we will become.
It is we the sovereign inhabitants of this nation who define our government.
It is we the sovereign inhabitants of this nation who are the final arbiters.
