Attorney Orly Taitz filed a Motion to Compel appearance of Sheriff Joseph Arpaio and Investigator Zullo at trial in Taitz, Swihart, Kern, Weyl, Kesler, Ripley v Elections Commission, Secretary of State of Indiana et al.
The trial is set for Monday, October 22nd, 2012 at 10 am. This is an expedited trial for Declaratory Relief and Permanent Injunction preventing Barack Hussein Obama from being on the ballot in the state of Indiana due to elections fraud, due to his use of a last name not legally his, and due to establishing identity based on forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service Certificate and a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-verify and SSNVS.
Attorney Orly Taitz already secured presence of 7 witnesses, however appearance of Arpaio and Zullo is important, as they, in their capacity of law enforcement officers conducted a year investigation and issued affidavits attesting to forgery in Obama's IDs. Their presence is needed for authentication of their affidavits.

This is the same trick used to intimidate and influence voters. This is the same tactics used by the Islamic Jihadist to coerce people into voting in a way to satisfy their political agenda. This is a basic form of black mail.
The manner in which we react or not react to these threats, real or imagined, determines the real outcome. The trick is we give people the power to push our buttons. If we fail to react to these threats they have no power.
This is nothing more than a orchestrated attempt by the CFR to manipulate Americans. This is the same type of propagandized political activism as demonstrated in Arizona.

It looks like the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), which got nowhere during a month of negotiations at UN headquarters in New York last July, is about to get another chance on the global stage. A resolution is likely to be introduced at the UN General Assembly this month calling for a revival of the negotiations at a treaty conference next March in New York. The difference this time is that the treaty proponents are trying to eliminate the consensus process and allow the treaty to be approved by a two-thirds vote of the General Assembly.
