I don't know. But a lot of what this documentary reports is credible. For example, there was an Operation Paperclip, which helped high and middle ranking Nazis establish themselves in the US government--the way Erich Traub, former germ warfare expert under Himmler, was ushered into Plum Island to continue doing what he was best at: studying deadly diseases, and maybe developing some too--instead of standing trial for his war crimes.
Lyme disease is something you didn't hear much about when I was a kid growing up in PA. Now I know plenty of PA people who have the disease, and it is worrisome. That suggests to me that it may well be a man-made disease developed as part of an experiment, possibly at Plum Island, as suggested by this documentary.
DHS says that's not happening, and would they lie?
Yes. They do lie, as we have seen recently in relation to Operation Fast and Furious, and as reported by Judicial Watch:
