Eric Holder, the United States Attorney General and head of the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) is about to be charged with “Contempt of Congress” by House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa.

A 48 page “citation” is now being drafted charging that Holder and the DOJ have “obstructed and slowed” the Congressional investigation into the infamous “Fast and Furious” debacle.

Sadly, as I am sure you now know, Fast and Furious is just one instance of gross mismanagement that justifies our call for Eric Holder’s forced resignation, firing, or impeachment!

++Holder has no respect for his congressional oversight.

Chairman Issa and his GOP colleagues on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee have long been demanding FULL disclosure over the role Holder and his Department of Justice (DOJ) cohorts played in the deadly Fast and Furious gun-walking operation.   

Congressman Issa is livid over the DOJ’s slowness and lack of response, deception, and potential cover-up activities during the investigation – and he doesn’t mince his words.

Issa has already labeled Eric Holder as a “hostile witness.”

Chairman Issa also declared that Holder and the Department of Justice “has blood on their hands” in the death of Agent Terry and an untold number of Mexican citizens after reviewing documents that indicated a DOJ cover-up in their knowledge of the Fast and Furious gun running scheme.

Earlier this week, Chairman Issa called Obama’s White House “the most corrupt in government history.”  

++It could also be said that Eric Holder is the most corrupt AG in American history!  

Let Congress know that Americans want Eric Holder to go!

++A conspiracy at the highest level.

Eric Holder will not prosecute blatant “voter intimidation” by a radical group in Philadelphia – but will go after a pro-life sidewalk counselor based on frivolous and unfounded charges.

Our sister organization, Liberty Counsel, successfully ended a recent case against Susan Pine, a Florida pro-life sidewalk counselor, brought on by Holder’s DOJ.

Federal Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp stated that Holder’s complete failure to present any evidence of wrongdoing caused the court to suspect a conspiracy at the highest level of the Obama administration. “The Court is at a loss as to why the Government chose to prosecute this particular case in the first place,” wrote Judge Ryskamp.

Eric Holder refuses to defend the Defense of Marriage Act, a law duly passed by Congress and upheld in court – but will aggressively defend the unconstitutional ObamaCare law.
