U. S. CONGRESS REFUSES TO FACE FACTS AS STATES PROVE SPENDING CAN BE CUT!

Cutting Spending is PossibleLawmakers in Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey and South Carolina are advancing legislation to scale back and reform their own pensions by closing the loopholes and lucrative retirement plans that have let so many earn more in their retirement than they did while holding office. Three of those states – Idaho, Iowa and South Carolina – are looking to end special pension perks that have allowed over 4,100 legislators in 33 states to benefit from retirement perks enacted by their predecessors.
