Assembly Bill 266 has been amended to read: "A pupil shall be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs, activities, and facilities, including athletic teams and competitions, consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil's records." "The promoters of this legislation are exploiting children's gender confusion with their proposal to let each student choose the bathroom and locker room were they most desire to be," said Karen England, Executive Director of Capitol Resource Institute. "Does anybody really believe it is a good idea for either the troubled or the tempted to be told it is up to them to decide whether they should use the boy's or the girl's bathroom?" While gays, lesbians, and preverts are pushing this onto elementry school kids in California, there are over 140 Congress men in DC trying to do the same thing in every school across America, both private and public.   Senator Al Franken (pictured right-->) and openly Homosexual Congressman Jared Polis have introduced S.555 and H.R. 998 the "Homosexual Classrooms Act" aka Student Non-Discrimination.  The Obama Administration would make it legal for homosexuals to recruit your children starting in the first grade, with mandatory classroom lectures that normalize sin.  Educators will be required to ask your children if they are straight or gay starting in the 1st grade, and they will be able to help each child find his or her "chosen" sexuality.  At an age when most kids don't even know what sex is, they will be forced to endure pro-homosexual propaganda.  Schools that decline will lose their funding. The Liberals are fighting this battle on every front.  Assembly Bill 266 in California started out as a common bill about sports education two years ago. Yet by adding an amendment to a two year bill the legislation avoids many of the hearings and public input requirements and much of the expected public opposition this would generate. This is also true in DC, where Homosexuals are trying to push pro-gay bills on elementary children very quietly and without spotlight or attention. Last month we witnessed the passing of Kim Jong Il.  North Korean state-run TV broadcast staged images of communist dependents openly grieving the lost of their "Dear Leader."   Then it occurred to me, there are no atheists in dictatorships. North Koreans are trained from age 6 to worship Kim Jong Il as if he were a god. When atheists resist the supernatural reality of the One True God, they must deify someone or something else to fill the void.  In North Korea they deified the Kim dynasty, his father before him Kim Il-Song, and his son after, Kim Jong-Un.  But here in America, liberals, socialists (and yes, communists) who hate God have done everything possible to kick God out of schools, banning Christmas or any mention of Jesus Christ.  This week Americans United for Separation of Church and State threatened to sue a public school in Alabama if they dare allow children to sing "Silent Night." Led by pro-homosexual Senators like Al Franken, liberals have deified sin as their god. Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) and openly homosexual Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) now have 138 co-sponsors in the House and 38 in the Senate, to do what? To mandate nationwide "re-education" of kindergarten and first-grade children that homosexuality is normal, not a sin. No kidding. The bills are S. 555 and H.R.998, (aka the "Homosexual classrooms act") that bullies kids without permission of Christian parents, in the name of promoting sexual re-orientation in kids they wish to recruit for sinful acts. We must defeat these bills. Let's send them back to where they came from. Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum said this week in Iowa, a state where radical judges imposed homosexual 'marriage' in 2009, that he was "concerned about legalized gay marriage spilling over into lessons in the classroom." Santorum added "the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob gave us rights. And not just rights but responsibility." Santorum is responding to a very hot issue in DC and around the nation - the idea of forcing pro-homosexual propaganda down the throat  of our 1st Graders.  Before they learn to read and write, they will be taught nationwide (with your tax dollars) that it's fine to be homosexual.  Schools who refuse will be de-funded.  Before parents teach about the birds and bees, Franken and Polis will have your kids teaching YOU about homosexual sin. Bottom line:  What do Kim Jong-Il and Al Franken have in common?  They re-educate kindergarten children to worship their gods, and reject Jesus Christ as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  I say we tell them "not my kids." While Barney Frank (D-MA) is retiring (thank God), his replacement Senator Al Franken (D-MN) and openly homosexual Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO) are pushing to attach the "Homosexual Classrooms Act" (aka Student Non-Discrimination) to recruit our kids. According to LGBTQnation: "No Child Left Behind (2001), soon to be re-authorized after ten years in the updated Elementary and Secondary Education Re-Authorization 2011 (ESEA), made it out of committee in October 2011 without the bipartisan support it needed to include protection for LGBT students. "When the ESEA is brought to the floor of the Senate in either December or January, there is a push to attach the Student Non-Discrimination Act, HR [998] (SNDA), to it." Christian activist Linda Harvey of Mission America warns "that such anti-bullying legislation is 'using bullying prevention as a tool to force approval of homosexuality and gender bending on children, teachers and families.'" Mandatory pro-homosexual recruiting lessons to grade-school children?  Why? LGBTQnation deceives: "Currently, students are protected from bullying for: race, sex, religion, disabilities and national origin, but not sexual orientation or gender identity."   Franken agreed, saying, "It’s time that we extend equal rights to LGBT students. No student should be subjected to discrimination." Actually, kids are already protected equally from all bullying by behavior, not by motive of other kids.  The motive of the kids is irrelevant, it's the motive of the adult bullies like Al Franken that concerns me.  Just like they pushed "hate-crimes" to silence Christian preachers, Franken will now use this bill to silence kids who voice any Christian beliefs in school. The real bullies will be the pro-homosexual adults, who force first-grade kids across America to endure mandatory propaganda lectures, with perverse lessons about sexual orientation, without parental consent, and long before their parents ever discuss the topic of sex at all. Franken and Polis should keep their dirty minds and filthy hands off our kids. Do you want all kids bullied by pro-homosexual adults with government mandated lessons about gay sex?  No way!  71% of Americans oppose this bill.  Then why do 148 Reps and 34 Senators Co-Sponsor these bills to make child abusing abomination federal law? Let's take a stand for children, and stop Al Franken's pro-homosexual bullying bill. Al Franken's bill is S. 555 and Jared Polis' (pictured right--> the first openly gay man to be elected as a non-incumbent) bill is H.R. 998. This legislation would make it not only legal for teachers to introduce to alternative and sexually perverse lifestyles, but in fact require them to introduce kids to homosexuality without parental consent. This legislation would protect homosexual propositions and sexual advances as free speech. The legislation will EXEMPT homosexual students from any punishment if they initiate propositioning, harassing, or even sexually assaulting their classmates, as part of their specially-protected right to "freedom of self-expression." Any school that does not teach this pro-homosexual agenda will lose all federal funding. This radical homosexual agenda indoctrinates an enter generation of American children with their dream of a new America founded on sexual promiscuity, in which Jesus and traditional values are exterminated.  "And its dangerously close to passing" according to Eugene Delgaudio of the Public Advocate for the United States. What about private or religious schools?  They would be forced too.  Kevin Jennings, the President's pro-homosexual "Safe Schools Czar," stated that "every school, public, private or parochial has an obligation" to teach a pro-homosexual curriculum.  Traditional values will be outlawed as "bigotry," and speech by any Christian student will be silenced. Mr. Jennings also once said he believed that this homosexual agenda should be taught in "kindergarten, and first grade and second grade - every grade." Christian educator St. Francis Xavier once said "Give me the child until he is seven and I’ll give you the man."  This has now become Al Franken's strategy behind this legislation. If the Homosexuals can bombard our children's mind in school before they are 7, then they will have open season to recruit kids into their perverse lifestyle, and achieve their dream of a sexual promiscuous country that rivals Sodom and Gomorrah. We need to fight this!  If we don't stand up and help put the fear of God into Congress, the Senate will attach this bill, and the President will sign it into law, very soon. Let's petition.
