Judge Malihi Rules Against Plaintiffs:
Says Obama Born In Hawaii Therefore Natural Born Citizen
We just spoke with plaintiff Kevin Powell and he reports Judge Malihi has ruled against the Plaintiffs and stated in his order that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore Obama is a natural born Citizen.

The 2012 election is nothing but a sham like all previous selections were. You never had a choice in your puppet presidents as; it has always been a dog & pony show. All puppet government officials were bought and helped TPTB reach their goal of ONE evil global power. The government officials were hand picked and put into position to deceive and bring down our country - very temporary riches and power was their reward! Your military is NOT here to protect and serve you, the taxpaying citizen - they are here to serve the evilists in their goal to depopulate and control the world. They too have been deceived.

ReplyDeleteThe election in 2008 was a fraud--a coup occured and the nation was asleep--I wasn't; I alerted the state electors to no avail. There are too many involved in this for it to be incompetence--I will NEVER stop believing there are bombs placed in many places across our nation--that's what was used to keep all quiet in 2008 and now--SC justices, congress, sos, Hillary,. McCain, all military---we have been threatened for 4 years---that's my story and I can't believe any other reason for a nation of traitors.

ReplyDeleteI cannot tell you how sickened I am by Judge Malihi's ruling. Leo Donofrio's Amicus Brief was accepted by the court, as was the testimony of the involved petitioners and their attorneys. BO's and attorney's contemptuous and flagrant dismissal of the Judge's order to appear "should" have been enough to keep BO off the Georgia ballot. The additional information at the court's disposal from a brave band of petitioners who refused to just accept a "default" ruling should have sealed the deal.
Anyone who has been following "Lawless America" and similar sites hopefully realizes now that America has been taken over by "attorneys", and none of them good ones. Those occupying D.C. from the WH straight to Congress and SCOTUS are as corrupt as can be. There is no rule of law. Our beloved Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III still wallows in the bowels of a Tennessee prison. Col. Stefan Cooke spent the last precious moments of his life fighting one of the most painful cancers a person can endure, AND the traitors in D.C. Americans from sea to shining sea are being targeted and stripped of their life's labors on a daily basis. Some are even being stripped of their lives.
It is impossible to imagine that a seated member of SCOTUS was allowed to publicly state that the expected outcome of a law illegally executed from the bench of SCOTUS has NOT had the desired effect, namely, to rid us of segments of the population that were/are unwanted. That justice (OH, how it PAINS me to call her that!) has suffered NO consequences what-so-ever for publicly announcing the intent of that UN-Constitutional action.
According to Mike at "Sipsey Street Irregulars", it appears that Issa has also caved and that Holder and his partner in crime in D.C. will BOTH escape any backlash for the deaths of two American agents, and the murder of hundreds of Mexican citizens........in fact, the very people who have signed the death warrants of so many Mexican citizens, have probably "bought" more pardon by allowing that same foreign government to be party to a lawsuit against an American sovereign State.
It is my belief that there is no turning back, and there is literally NO MORE "hoping" things will change or improve after the upcoming election. Not even any finding by America's Sheriff is going to make a difference. America as we grew up knowing her is gone........the question now becomes, who is willing to follow the commands of the Founders, and bring her back?

I believe the time has come to shed the yoke of this corruption that has engulfed the USA and destroyed the Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness promised to us in our Founding Documents.
