UPDATE: As a federal three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit has just ruled that even political candidates running simultaneously with an ineligible competitor do not have standing for judicial relief, we MUST look to the states to restore the rule of law!
Competitors for the office of the presidency would have had a case only if they had brought it before the election, not after, they are told by the judges – although when litigation was filed before the Electoral College convened and voted in 2008, plaintiffs were told then by the Courts they would only have standing once the election was decided in a political outcome. Bait and switch?
We KNOW the justice system is evading its responsibility to uphold the Constitution. Meantime, Leftist voter fraud is ramping up for the 2012 election even as Obama's ACORN affiliate "Project Vote" has been forced to admit submitting over 400,000 fraudulent voter registrations during the 2008 election cycle. We know Obama's financial support in 2008 was criminally illicit, to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars from unqualified foreign donors and contributors illegally exceeding the federal donation limit. To prevent the Obama regime from stealing yet another election, we MUST stop the candidate this voter fraud is meant to elect!YOU finally have Congress paying attention to this crisis, but we know from bitter experience that whatever develops there will be too little, too late! Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Rep. Darrell Issa, is demanding formal investigation into the Occupy Wall Street fundraising schemes that appear to have been criminally deployed by ACORN's New York front group, New York Communities for Change, to run their months' long "protest" campaign of disinformation and disruption in American urban centers throughout the fall.
Rep. Issa says ACORN may have, "Engaged in fraud through its participation in the Occupy Wall Street protests… and solicited donations from union members under false pretenses and misappropriated funds to support the protestors."
It is ALL part of the ACORN strategy to RE-ELECT OBAMA – AND IT IS CRIMINAL ELECTION FRAUD! WE MUST MOBILIZE THE STATES TO ENFORCE THE LAW ON THEIR BALLOT QUALIFICATIONS!
We have been reporting to you about ACORN's corruption for nearly two years, and YOU helped get ACORN "formally" de-funded by Congress in 2010. But of course, that was allowed to be SMOKE AND MIRRORS.
ACORN has NOT been defanged, dissolved or defunded. It has reorganized so as to hide its operations, and now functions under many smaller state chapter "rebrandings" aka aliases. IT IS STILL BEING FUNDED BY TAXPAYER GRANTS, IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW! Just a few of the dozens of active ACORN chapters presently concealed under new aliases are:
- California: Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment (ACCE)
- Missouri: Missourians Organizing for Reform Empowerment (MORE)
- New York: New York Communities for Change (NYCC)
- Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania Communities Organizing for Change (PCOC)
- Texas: Texas Organizing Project (TOP)
Also illegal under federal law, and just deeply, creepily totalitarian in principle, is the incestuous relationship between the illicit ACORN, the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) and the Obama political apparatus. ACORN literally runs some of the dominant SEIU political operations. ACORN is thoroughly documented as already having received OVER $5.5 MILLION dollars from the SEIU.
ACORN has organized political rallies, events, and shared union dues with the Teamster powerhouse – and the SEIU continues as Obama's union purple-shirt shock troops – just as it has ever since his emergence from "community organizing" them to occupying the White House! AND NOW, ACORN secretly bankrolled the Occupy demonstrations, with America's cash-strapped cities footing the bill for the manipulated "spontaneous Occupy movement" that cost local government MILLIONS of dollars to police and clean up!
VOTER and ELECTION FRAUD are what ACORN does – the objective is to steal the 2012 elections by swamping election results from coast to coast with illicit Obama votes.
The Obama Administration knows the only chance of retaining their death grip on America is to ensure a landslide election – one so big that no one would dare question the "Dear Leader" with pesky questions about eligibility. But given the catastrophe that is Obama's economic policy, such a landslide is highly unlikely. With their back against the wall, the Leftist regime is resorting to their standard bag of tricks – voter fraud.
ACORN affiliate "Project Vote" was recently forced to admit that nearly half a million of the voter registrations they collected and submitted were fraudulent.- The WSJ reports that in Ohio, "a worker for one [ACORN] affiliate was given crack cocaine in exchange for fraudulent registrations that included underage voters, dead voters, and pillars of the community named Mary Poppins, Dick Tracy, and Jive Turkey."
- In Washington State ACORN settled the largest case of voter fraud in the history of the state of Washington state
- In Colorado, it was discovered that nearly 5,000 noncitizens voted. And an additional 7,000 noncitizens are registered to vote.
- In Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Police Department issued an unprecedented investigative report concluding that there has been an "illegal organized attempt to influence the outcome" of a state election.
Our states are scrambling to sort out the intentional messes created by ACORN and its affiliates like Project Vote, to obfuscate voter registration crimes.
Keep in mind, when YOU helped force Congress to "de-fund" ACORN, it was under investigation for election fraud and related offenses in nearly 20 states. ACORN faced well-documented indictment for false voter registration, illegal voting, identity theft and records tampering, illicit employment of felons in federal election work, and numerous counts and categories of fraud.
And we will press on with our efforts to expose ACORN as a criminal enterprise, and bring it to book! But TODAY there is a better, more effective way to keep a usurper from stealing the Presidential election. DEMAND PROOF POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY!
We have a REAL shot at preventing Barack Obama from even appearing on the 2012 election ballot. The solution is with the States. Georgia is leading the way, by opening the first of a slew of investigations into Obama's eligibility. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona has also opened his own investigation, and Obama's corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder now has Arpaio's office under DOJ investigation for alleged civil rights violations, replete with "findings" that bring enforcement sanctions in retaliation. Sheriff Joe has replied, in effect, "Nuts." He refuses to be intimidated by Obama's and Holder's threats, and is pressing on.
Other States are considering similar investigations, but have not yet found the will to act, fearing the same abusive treatment Arpaio is receiving. WE THE PEOPLE MUST COMPEL THE REST OF THE STATES TO DEMAND PROOF POSITIVE EVIDENCE OF ELIGIBILITY!
We have a long way to go to stop voter fraud, but we CAN stop the candidate the voter fraud was meant to elect.
