OHIO - ELECT SAMUEL "JOE THE PLUMBER" WURZELBACHER TO U.S. CONGRESS

LEFTIST CONGRESSMAN ON THE ROPES IN OHIO:
DENNIS “DEPARTMENT OF PEACE” KUCINICH

We gave you the great news about “Joe the Plumber” running for Congress in Ohio against one of the most leftist, anti-military Members of Congress, Dennis Kucinich.  Our military doesn’t need the likes of Kucinich in Congress, especially when we can replace him with Joe, an Air Force veteran and pro-troop stalwart.

You would think these politicians in Washington would have learned something from Ronald Reagan when he showed how peace comes from strength.   But leftist Kucinich wants to go the other way.  He wants to replace the Department of Defense with a “Department of Peace” (tantamount to dismantling our military).

Will you help us defeat Dennis Kucinich and replace him with a solid pro-troop conservative like Samuel “Joe the Plumber” Wurzelbacher?

Joe is the perfect opposite of Kucinich, who wants to weaken America’s military while Joe would strengthen it.  Kucinich’s proposal from 2001 to create a “Department of Peace” (which he tried to push again in 2009) would be the most frivolous and ridiculous department of government ever imagined.

This is so ridiculous that we couldn’t even make it up.  So we are taking it straight from the Summary from Kucinich’s own official House website.

•  Establish a cabinet-level department in the executive branch of the Federal Government dedicated to peacemaking and the study of conditions that are conducive to both domestic and international peace. •  Headed by a Secretary of Peace and Nonviolence, appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. •  The mission of the Department shall: hold peace as an organizing principle; endeavor to promote justice and democratic principles to expand human rights; strengthen nonmilitary means of peacemaking”

How totally out of touch can you get?  Here we are facing the threat from Islamic terrorists, and Kucinich opposes the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and wants to create a Department of Peace.  He probably thinks President Obama hasn’t apologized to the rest of the world enough!

If we expect our troops to lay their lives on the line for us in the war against terrorism, they deserve a Congress that will support them and not undermine them at every turn.  Please help get rid of Dennis Kucinich and elect Air Force veteran Joe the Plumber to Congress
