The Conservative Scapegoat
The Republican Study Committee (RSC), a fiscally conservative group of House Republicans, have been under attack this year for being “too conservative.” They have become a source of frustration to GOP Establishment, who believe it is better to continue the status quo than to take a strong stand and do what’s best for the country.
