- Appoint one more radical ideologue to the Supreme Court.
- Fill the United States Courts of Appeals with 17 progressive judges
- Stuff the United States district courts with 76 left-wingers.
- Appoint 22 federal judges.
Obama has the ability to change half of the federal judiciary. Keep in mind these judges are NOT elected by the people. They are nominated by Obama and confirmed by the Senate. Even worse, once confirmed they have LIFETIME APPOINTMENTS.
What will these judges have in common?
THEY WILL ALL HAVE A POWERFUL HATRED OF FIREARMS AND THE SECOND AMENDMENT!
It is critical that we mobilize folks right away to alert gun owners to this threat and countless other threats that jeopardize our Second Amendment Rights. We must educate and inform everyday Americans so they can take action right away.
Just look at Obama's latest pick for Supreme Court Justice: Elena Kagan. She said she is "not sympathetic" to gun rights. That means, she'll fight to overturn laws that protect our right to keep and bear arms.
Sonja Sotomayor, Obama's other robed radical, is just as bad. She said, "I can find nothing in the Second Amendment's text, history, or underlying rationale that could warrant characterizing it as 'fundamental' insofar as it seeks to protect the keeping and bearing of arms for private self-defense purposes."
Are You Angry Yet?
President Obama's gun prohibitionist agenda has fallen on deaf ears onCapitol Hill. His administration's attempt to revive the ban on semiautomatic sporting rifles by exploiting the Mexican drug war was a bust.
He had to sign legislation allowing guns for personal protection national parks, even after his Justice Department refused to defend the Interior Department against a lawsuit that prevented an earlier firearms rule from taking effect.
But now he is picking judicial nominees that will almost certainly legislate from the bench.
Obama knows that most Americans DO NOT pay attention to federal judiciary nominees. The only way he can build his ANTI-GUN UTOPIA is to pass gun control laws via backdoor maneuvers.
Obama is the most subversive and gun hostile president we have ever had.
If he isn't stopped, Obama's cartel of freedom haters will work in courtrooms across the country to pass new draconian gun laws and overturn landmark gun rights cases. Critical Second Amendment victories like DC v. Heller (the case that lifted the District's unconstitutional gun ban) could be overturned. That's why we must take action right away.
The AP Press reports, "Obama basically has until the end of this year to get as many of his judicial nominees confirmed as possible, because it is unlikely that a highly partisan Senate will confirm many judges with a presidential election looming in November 2012."
You need to make your voice heard now.
