The State Department holds over 300,000 jobs in their hands. The final stage for approval of the Keystone XL pipeline has begun and their verdict will decide whether the 1700-mile pipeline will deliver oil from Canada, through Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas to refiners in Oklahoma and Texas. Creating tens of thousands of construction and manufacturing jobs, the Keystone pipeline will spur economic growth throughout the region.

TAKE ACTION NOW to tell the State Department to get out of the way of American job creators.

The State Department is collecting public comments from proponents and opponents of the pipeline. Once the 90 day comment period is over, the State Department will weigh public sentiment with other factors and decide whether or not to authorize construction of the pipeline.

So please, if you want to put a dent in the persistently high unemployment rate and secure a steady supply of oil from a close ally, take a few minutes to send an email to the State Department.
