We have seen the modern Court redefine parts of our Constitution; redefine the Bill of Rights so that our Founders would not even recognize them. Jefferson was not in favor of allowing the Court to be the sole decision maker in defining our laws and our Constitution. He believed that little by little we would see a power shift from the Executive and Legislative to the Judiciary. We have seen that.....
