COURT CLOGGING - ILLEGAL ALIENS GUILTY AS HOLDER and NAPOLITANO DO NOTHING!

ILLEGAL RE-ENTRY TOPPING ALL FEDERAL PROSECUTIONS

During the first six months of 2011, illegal re-entry became the most-frequent federal criminal charge pattern in the United States. From October through March, federal prosecutors filed 18,552 illegal re-entry cases nationally, more than any other charge.  First-time immigration prosecutions edged back into the lead in April but those numbers were attributed to seasonal fluctuation.

Despite the Obama Administration’s claim that illegal immigration into the United States is decreasing, if prosecutions continue at the current pace, illegal re-entry will be 3.5% higher than 2010.  Arizona alone had 8,968 illegal re-entry cases filed by the end of April and it is estimated that re-entry cases for this year will be 12.8% higher than last year and an astonishing 214% higher than last year.

IMF CHIEF’S ACCUSER LIED TO GAIN LEGAL STATUS IN U.S.

Guinea native Nafiissatou Diallo, the maid who accused former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexually assaulting her, admitted she lied in the past about being gang-raped in her home country of Guinea in order to receive asylum and gain legal status as a refugee. Prosecutors are now considering dropping charges against Strauss-Kahn, who was once considered a shoe-in for the presidency of France.

If nothing else, this case has brought to light just how easily illegal aliens can lie their way to permanent legal status. There are currently no limits on the number of ‘refugees’ granted legal status.
