We have seen Science Fiction movies before but NEVER thought something like this would be able to take place here on earth in real life experiences........this article, while long, is worth your attention........HAARP needs to be dismantled and the people controlling this, need to be 'put away' . I have wondered more that a little bit, if this 'drought' we are going through has not been manipulated by the HAARP installation in Alaska !.......Nancy
